“Rebecca Z. Has been incredible taking care of our kitties while our house sitter friend had to leave to for an emergency. She took over smoothly and Ian and George (our kitties) warmed up to her fast. We received many pictures and detailed updates for every visit. I will be definitely working with Rebecca on future trips”

About: Hi! I'm so glad you're here! I know how important it is to find someone you can completely trust with your pet and that's exactly the kind of care I strive to provide. Whether your pup needs a fun walk to burn off energy or they just want a friendly face while you're away, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for every step of the way. I treat every pet as if they were my own, following their routine closely so they stay comfortable and stress-free. I have five years of experience with both my own and family members' dogs, giving me hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding, playtime, and providing lots of love and attention. You can expect dependable communication, plenty of photo updates, and personalized care based on your pet's unique personality and needs. I know every animal is different, and I take the time to earn their trust while making sure you have complete peace of mind. I currently work part-time, giving me flexibility for dog walks and drop-in visits throughout the week. I'd love the opportunity to meet you and your furry family member! Your pet's safety and well-being are always my top priorities. I understand that every pet has their own routine, personality, and needs, so I'll take the time to follow your care instructions carefully and make sure they feel comfortable during every visit. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pet is in safe and caring hands. Here are the Services I offer and What to Expect: 30 Minute Dog Walks include a fun stroll around your neighborhood or a nearby trail to give your pup the exercise, fresh air, and mental stimulation they need during the day. 30 Minute Drop-Ins include potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and of course plenty of snuggles to keep your pet happy and comfortable while you’re away.
“Gianna has been a pleasure to work with this month. December can be challenging but she remained flexible and up beat despite the weather. My mini dachshund is absolutely in love with her. Thank you 💕”

“I’m so grateful for Stephanie! I’d like to thank her on such short notice in accepting to watch Maverick. She was EXTREMELY helpful! I loved how patient and loving she was with him! Very highly recommended!!”

Having been pet owners and sitters for family members and friends, we have definitely gotten a head start in the pet care arena (haha)! We have walked dogs, given awesome night time baths, given excellent belly rubs, made home cooked meals for the pets, played fetch and tug-of-war, trained puppies to potty on puppy pads and we've even been know to teach an old dog a few new tricks! We have traveled domestically catering to the needs of our furry friends and we have enjoyed it tremendously! “Tracy is great. All 3 of my dogs and my cat loved having her visit. She was right on time and great with communicating. Also good at taking adorable pet pics.”

“I was very happy with my overall experience with Rover. It was easy to set up and choose someone to care for my 2 cats when I was out of town. Nancy was great! She came when she said she would and gave me updates at each visit. When I came home, the house was so calm and peaceful. The cats were safe, fed and happy. I would definitely recommend Nancy and will use her again in the future. Thanks! :) Rose G.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, I have owned and cared for multiple breeds of dogs and cats, big and small, and been a pet sitter for friends and family on and off for the last 10 years. As a result of my experience as a pet parent and sitter I am very comfortable with most breeds. I also have limited experience training full grown dogs as well as puppies. I work from home full time as a software engineer, so I am available for walks as well as check-ins and house or pet sitting every day. Although I am working, I have very few meetings during the week and no set work schedule, so I can remain attentive and take plenty of walk and play breaks during the day. I am also available for boarding on a case by case basis. As I mentioned, although I am working during the day, I am able to remain attentive all day and have plenty of time to spare for walks and play breaks during the day. I am available to house or dog sit in your home as long as I can be provided with an acceptable internet connection. I am also able to dog sit at my home. I have a fenced in yard as well as a very friendly, calm and well behaved Cavapoo that will be happy to have a friend for the day if they are comfortable with other dogs. If they are not, It is not a problem to keep them separated.

“Jacquelin was wonderful — she was able to accommodate our dog pottying needs on very short notice and we didn’t have to worry for a second. She’s my top call if we need someone to take our little guy out in the future.”

About: Hi. My name is Kiki and I love dogs!! I have years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I was a manager at a cage-free dog daycare for 5 years, where I handled everything from group play supervision to administering medications and managing daily care routines. I also volunteered for 3 years at Second Chance Dog Rescue, helping with socialization, walking, and basic training. In addition, I’ve provided trusted pet sitting services in Peekskill, NY for 5 years until the family relocated. I’m trained in pet CPR, comfortable administering all types of medications, and have a dog of my own—so I truly understand how important it is to find someone reliable and compassionate to care for your pets. I have a car, am highly dependable, and treat every animal as if they were my own. Although I work full-time and attend school, I have large daily time blocks available between commitments, which I dedicate to pet sitting, walking, and drop-in visits I care for every pet like my own, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while following their regular routine, my skills are administering medications, and giving personalized attention. Every pet has a specific personality so I try to respect that much like people.
“Theresa did a great job caring for my black and white cat Leo who needs injections of insulin and for my orange cat Oliver. She was able to accomplish everything needed and was very pleasant to work with!”

“This was my first time using Rover and Marie set the bar high. She was very communicative, prompt on her arrivals and followed the instructions we shared with her. My sweet dog looked so happy in all the pictures with her. Will definitely book her again when I’m in the neighborhood.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
