“David and his family were incredible with my Moosey. This was the longest I’ve ever been away from her and I am extremely grateful to have found care that is so considerate and joyful. Moose has a ton of energy and personality, and David and his family ensured that she was loved, exercised, and understood like the puppy baby she thinks she is. He communicated thoroughly about her day-to-day and checked in about any deviations to their or her regular schedule. He is also very flexible and understanding, which I truly appreciated before and after a long trip abroad. Though they are moving, I truly hope (and know Moose does as well) to rebook their services in the future. Amazing, loving, knowledgable family with amazing snacks! Definitely recommend.”

“This was my first time using Daniela to care for my dog. Daniela was kind and responsive, and her dog, Chico, is so sweet and a perfect playmate for my pup. An added bonus is that Daniela was willing to do a drop off at the end of the booking (even though this isn’t a service she lists on her Rover profile), which I found especially helpful and accommodating. However, I can tell Daniela is new to Rover (I’m a sitter myself) so she didn’t come across as experienced as other sitters we’ve used. My particular dog is fairly low-maintenance and only needed a sitter for 12 hours, so that worked for us. But for a longer booking or a pet with more specific needs/instructions, she may not be my first choice.”

About: I have cared for dogs my entire life, including my own pets and those of family members. My experience ranges from energetic 8-week-old puppies to senior dogs, and from tiny teacup Yorkies to Labs, Newfoundlands, and Great Danes. I’m comfortable administering medication and adjusting care to each dog’s age, size, routine, and personality. Although I’m new to boarding through Rover, I work from home full-time, so your dog will receive plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship. Dogs are welcome to relax on the furniture, roam comfortably throughout the house, and enjoy supervised playtime in my fully fenced yard. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely at home while you’re away. I work from home full-time, so caring for your pet can easily fit into my daily routine. Dogs will have frequent opportunities for potty breaks, supervised time in the fenced yard, indoor play, rest, and plenty of attention throughout the day. Feeding, medication, walks, and bedtime routines can be adapted to match what your pet is accustomed to at home. Because I am home throughout the day, your pet will have consistent companionship and supervision rather than being left alone for long periods. I want every pet staying with me to feel safe, comfortable, and part of the household. Dogs are welcome to roam throughout the home, relax on the furniture, and enjoy supervised playtime in my fully fenced yard. I follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, medication, activity, sleeping arrangements, and household rules so that the pet’s routine remains as familiar as possible. I also adjust care to each dog’s age, energy level, size, and personality—whether that means active play for a puppy, companionship for an adult dog, or a quieter and more supportive routine for a senior.

“Very pleased to add another glowing review: this was the first stay for our energetic young cat Bella w/ Maria, her caring family, and resident cats and canines. Maria has a particularly good arrangement and process for gradually acclimating guest cats to a residence, especially one with other felines. As the only pet in our household, Bella's very curious about other cats. The updates and photos show that she was enjoying the run of the house within the first couple days and getting along with the other cats and dogs. It says a lot about the family's skill in creating a comfortable atmosphere for their own pets and boarders alike. Highly recommended.”

About: I have grown up with animals my entire life. Starting with dogs, cats, pigs, cows, goats and fish. Caring for a pet builds patience, empathy, and unconditional love. In addition to caring for my personal pets I also help take care of dogs with our neighbors before and at work with one dog and two cats. I’m currently working part time after school hours Monday to Thursday so basically free during the day and can work all day Friday plus weekend if needed but it really depends on the time or day you need I will accommodate. I have a small backyard and extra room which we normally call sunroom for now with one of my dogs that can accompany your dog. I can easily crate your dog as well if needed. I have one in my house that my dog stopped using for a while.
