We did a meet and greet before our booking which was great. Loren went above and beyond in watching our cat while we were away for a week! This is the first time we’ve ever had someone outside of family watch our cat and we’re extremely anxious, but Loren put all that to ease! From the meet and greet to the final visit has been extremely stressless for us. She sent extremely detailed notes every visit and even brought up our garbage cans and vacuumed up litter in the basement. Would definitely book again!
