“Rose gets 5 stars for reliability, flexibility with small changes, showing genuine caring, doing reasonable extra tasks when asked and especially communication. I felt my pets were safe in her care and that she would let me know if anything happened. I recommend her work without reservation and will surely hire her again at the next opportunity. Although there is no specific place on the rover app to talk about other pets than dogs and cats, Rose cared for our guinea pigs, hamster and chickens as well. No complaint.”

“Veronica was wonderful with our two cats. I would recommend her to anyone and would use her services again anytime. It was the first time I used a sitter, and it worked out perfectly”

“Maryline is awesome! She looked in on my two kitties for several days and like clockwork, messaged me when she arrived, which was such a relief! I stress over leaving my babies even for just a few days and it was great to see the photos that she shared, showing that they were content. She messaged about everything that she had completed (food, water, litter). Maryline is very personable and sweet and I could tell she'd be great just by seeing how kind her boys were with my cats (who really liked them and my cats don't always warm up to people right away)! I can't stress enough how good it feels to now have someone that I can count on to take care of my cats. Thank you, Maryline!!”

“Lauren was so sweet with my two cats, both my diabetic old man and my younger “ornery” cat. She is responsible, communicative, and most of all, caring. I would highly recommend Lauren for any pet sitting position, and I know my boys look forward to seeing her again”
“Henry was absolutely fantastic! This was my first experience using rover and it couldn't have been smoother! Henry was communicative and thorough with every visit. The pictures and updates made me feel safe and at ease about leaving my cat at home for a few days. I could not recommend more highly!”

“I can’t even begin to explain how great Zachary took care of my dogs. I actually think they were disappointed to have us home! The moment I met him I felt he was perfect for putting my mind at rest with leaving them for the first time. I would highly recommend him and so thankful.”
“Annmarie was an excellent sitter for our cats Ivy and Alan. She communicated updates and photos to me regularly throughout our trip and left the house in amazing condition. We’ll be booking again with AnnMarie for future trips.”

“Christina was such a great help taking care of our cat while we were traveling during the holidays! We booked without much lead time and Christina was flexible in setting up a time to meet our kitty and go over details before her drop-in.”

“Lex babysat my cat and house for two nights. She was friendly, communicative, and our cat seemed to love her. We came back to a clean house and happy cat. Would absolutely hire her again next time we’re out of town.”

“Jenna was a superstar! Super responsive, and took fantastic care of our cat for about 5 days. We were worried our cat was lonely, so Jenna was able to add on an extra hour a day. We really appreciated the flexibility and care. Would hire again in a heartbeat.”

About: Growing up I’ve been around many family and friends pets, and finally got my own a couple years ago. I’ve started to dog sit and house sit for my family and friends a couple years ago intermediately. I adore animals and treat them as if they were my own. I can attend to any needs they need such as walking, feeding, entertaining and caring for them overall. I work on weekends and am a part time student. My schedule is mainly flexible. I’m free during the week days and weekend mornings. I am willing to work with your time if I know in advance. My dog Shiloh is my baby. He’s a bit spoiled but the sweetest little cavapoo. I take him everywhere with me if possible and try to keep him happy and entertained at all times. Luckily I have a good support system with my family when it comes to everyone taking care of him when I’m not around. Usually when I’m working or helping others with taking care of their pets like I would mine.
About: Animals have always been a part of my life. Much of my experience is with dogs and horses. I have taken care of all age ranges starting with puppies and foals to senior animals. I also have experience with cats, goats, pigs, and chickens having grown up in the country. I was an active 4H member and completed their Veterinary Science courses at Cornell, so I feel comfortable giving medications and any wound care your pet may require. I am a Library Director in the Hudson Valley. I set my own schedule so my hours to provide pet services are flexible. I can work with the client to provide what their pets need. I am a responsible professional who owns their own home. I will treat your pets and home like my own and understand the importance of having a reliable, responsible pet sitter.
“Nicole was warm and friendly to us and our kitties. She scrupulously followed our directions and was very responsive. Though she may have seen little of them, I can tell by the empty bowls that our cats were as satisfied with her care as we were! Thank you!”
