About: Hi! I’ve grown up with dogs in my family and have always loved being around them. Over the years I’ve helped care for neighbors’ dogs including overnight stays, daily walks, or feeding and playtime. I also enjoy being active, so I’m always happy to take dogs on long walks or runs to help them burn off energy and have fun. She responded quickly, came and met the dogs prior to our trip so we could feel comfortable it was a good fit. We have 3 dogs, two of which are larger dogs. We have one that is one chemo and needed medication and another one who is deaf. Donna took such great care of the dogs while we were gone and left the house just as we left it. She even washed the sheets and towels before she left. We had flight issues getting back and she stayed longer than originally planned to make sure they had dinner as we got back much later than we thought. There was one need for problem solving while away, but she worked with me from afar to work on the best care and plan for my pup. About: I have 2 dogs of my own, an energetic golden and sassy pomeranian that I took care of throughout high school and continue to when I return home on breaks. Besides that, I used to spend summers walking my cousin’s dog and pet sit (both dog and cat) family friends’ animals when they’re out of town. I absolutely love animals and, as a pre-health student, have spent some time shadowing veterinarians! I work part time throughout the summer and will be a part time student in the fall with classes on Monday and Wednesday afternoons.
