About: I am a young professional violinist based in Pittsburgh, and I have spent many breaks home from school dog-sitting around my neighborhood. Whether it‘s walks or giving pets, being around animals brings me so much joy and I would love to keep dog-sitting while I build my career as a musician. As a gigging musician, I have a flexible schedule based around performances, lessons, and auditions. My schedule can vary week to week, but I am almost always squeeze in walks and drop-ins according to my daily availability. My experience with sitting has included home-stays, dropping in multiple times a day, and just going for walks; I am comfortable with all of these options and genuinely enjoy spending quality time with dogs!

About: I have experience in all types of pet care for over a decade! I have taken care to kittens to large Bernese Mountain Dogs! I also have experience with small critters such as rabbits. If you are traveling, I can also take care of plants! Your pet will be in the best hands that are caring and patient. I currently share my home with Kisses, my calico, and Teddy, my German Shorthaired Pointer — one of the highest-energy breeds out there — so if your dog goes a mile a minute, I'm more than ready for it!! Over the years I've dog sat for all sizes and breeds — from tiny lap dogs to large, boisterous pups — and I treat every single one like they're my own. Your pet will be loved, played with, and completely spoiled. My home has a fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to run, zoom, and explore that's perfect for dogs who need to burn off some energy. I'm also comfortable administering medication, so pets with special health needs are absolutely welcome. Your baby will get the same attentive care at my place that they get at home. Whether your pet needs a calm, cozy stay or a high-energy playmate, I've got them covered. I can't wait to meet your furry family member! I work remotely with a very flexible schedule, which means pet care is never an afterthought. It's woven into my whole day. I'm home the majority of the week, and on the rare occasion I do step out, I'm never gone for more than 3 hours. Your pet will always have someone present, attentive, and ready to play, cuddle, or just keep them company. No long stretches alone, ever. My home is set up thoughtfully for both dogs and cats. The layout is split-level, with cats having full run of the upstairs and dogs enjoying the main floor plus access to the fully fenced backyard — plenty of space to play, explore, and burn energy safely. The two never have to share space unless everyone is comfortable. I do have a resident calico and a German Shorthaired Pointer, both of whom are friendly and social, so I do ask that visiting pets are comfortable around other animals of their kind. I always offer a free meet-and-greet before booking so we can make sure everyone — pets and people — feels good about the stay before any commitment is made. My home is puppy-proofed and high-energy-dog-ready, and I have 24/7 SimpliSafe security monitoring for added peace of mind. You can expect regular photos and updates throughout every stay because you shouldn't have to wonder how your pet is doing. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your instructions exactly. Your routines, your rules — meal times, crate preferences, favorite toys, walking routes — I stick to all of it. I respect your home as if it were my own, always clean up after your dog outside, and scoop litter boxes daily. Your pet's comfort and your peace of mind are the whole point.

About: I grew up with cats, dogs and fish. As an adult I’ve personally cared for 1 large dog (Rottweiler/Pitbull/Labrador) and 2 cats. The dog was a troubled rescue that I trained and then found a permanent home. I help with my mother's aging Cocker Spaniel and share in the care of my partner's 3 cats. I’m a scooter riding door dasher, short form video and plein air artist. I was a chef/baker for 15 years. My schedule is completely flexible. Please feel free to set my hours. I live with 3 cats at the moment, black, white and grey. It’s like dancing to a meowing grey scale. They are spoiled, but just enough.

About: I’ve taken care of neighborhood dogs and cats since I was 12. In May of 2020, I got my first puppy and crate-trained and have taken care of her since. I love cats and dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities! *I will be leaving the Pittsburgh area on August 8th!* I am currently working for the city government, so I have a very reliable 9-5 schedule. I am largely free outside of that and can’t wait to spend time with your pets! I currently do not offer services in my home. In your home, I am happy to take care of your pet in any way they need!

I’m also mindful of safety details like doors, gates, leash security, and how your pet responds to people, other animals, or new environments. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable and cared for, while giving you peace of mind that they’re in responsible hands.
