When he dug up some of the soil from one of my plants, she cleaned that up too!! Whenever I get called on to dog-sit for my friend here in Pittsburgh I like to go to the dog parks near the South Side river or jog along with them, rain or snow, and socialize with other dogs. I have to do a lot of reading and thinking so getting out of the house is a good way to take a break and process. About: Hi! I’m currently focusing on dog walking and drop-in visits, and I’m not offering boarding at the moment. I’m a caring and responsible dog lover who truly enjoys spending time with dogs. I started taking care of pets for family friends about five years ago when I was living in Boston, and since then I’ve gained experience with dogs at different stages of their lives. My goal is to make every dog feel comfortable, safe, and loved while staying with me. I understand how important it is for pet parents to know their dog is in good hands, so I always do my best to provide attentive and thoughtful care. I usually work best with calm dogs who are comfortable relaxing on their own. For boarding, dogs should be able to stay home alone for a few hours and should not have severe separation anxiety. I’m more experienced with smaller dogs (under 25 lbs) and enjoy spending time walking, playing, and making sure they feel at home. I’m always happy to schedule a meet & greet so we can make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. Please feel free to reach out and tell me more about your pup — I’d love to meet them! I currently work 30 hours per week. I’m an early person so I’m happy to take pets to early walks! I am happy to walk your dog 3 times a day. Please chat with me! To ensure I can continue providing the highest standard of care to my clients, I have made the decision to limit my service to take care of one dog at a time I make sure I understand the needs from pet parents. Initially, I would ask pet parent to answer a list of questions I found helpful to know. For example, what’s the daily walking/sleeping/exercise/wasting routine. I will also take pictures/videos through out the day, and send them daily to keep parents updated through the boarding period.
