I love dogs of all sizes, shapes, breeds, and demeanors! If your dog will be nervous or aggressive towards me because I am unfamiliar, just let me know ahead of time and we'll see what we can do to make sure your pet gets what s/he needs.
A typical day
During walks or drop-in visits, I would love to take your pup to a park or down a tree-lined street. In order to keep your pet safe, I have a strict policy to keep dogs on their leashes at all times. We also do not visit with other dogs when we are out walking… just to be extra careful!

Hello! My name is Amy and I can't wait to meet you and your four-legged friend! I live with my dog-loving partner, Ben, in Point Breeze. I work from home in the edtech industry and am a former classroom teacher. We have two very friendly Scottie dogs, who can join your pup on walks (or not, if you prefer)! I have spent the last 10 years caring for dogs through Rover, which I decided to do shortly after I lost my own dog to a heart tumor. I previously worked as a veterinary technician while I put myself through grad school, so I am well-versed in basic canine and feline medical care. I also love to send instagram-tastic photos during my visits with pups! Thanks for stopping by; I look forward to hearing from you soon!
