Hi! I’m Bre – a lifelong animal lover with over 10 years of pet-sitting experience in both NYC and Pittsburgh. I’m based near Swisshelm Park and have cared for pets of all kinds throughout my life. I grew up with a loyal Yellow Lab, a beautiful Golden Retriever, a spunky Jack Russell, and three cats, so I’ve always loved getting to know the unique personalities, quirks, and needs of different furry friends. Over the years, I’ve provided everything from dog walks and drop-in visits to overnight care and extended house sitting. Right now, I’m available for walks and drop-in visits, with general availability Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm. I’m responsible, punctual, and trustworthy, but I also believe pet care should be fun! I’m playful, affectionate, and very attentive to each pet’s individual personality and energy level. Whether your pup is ready for a long walk and lots of playtime or your kitty would rather have some quiet company and cuddles, I’ll meet them where they are and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I know how important it is to feel confident that your pets are in good hands while you’re away. You can expect reliable communication, regular updates, and plenty of photos during our time together. I’ll treat your pets and your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’d be happy to meet up for an introduction before booking – just reach out with any questions! I’m also independently insured through Pet Sitters Associates outside of the Rover Guarantee.

I’m more than happy to come to your home to ensure your pets are cared for, comfortable, and getting the attention they need in a familiar environment. I approach every sitting with the understanding that I’m stepping into your pet’s world—their home, routine, and safe space. I prioritize consistency and a calm, gentle presence, especially for anxious or timid pets. I’m mindful of my tone, volume, and movements, and I keep routines as normal as possible. With repeat visits, I use the same soft greeting so they begin to recognize and feel safe with me. I never force interaction and always allow pets to approach on their own terms, building trust at their pace.

Breanna took great care of my dog! He is super stubborn and she was very patient with him when taking him for his walk. I 100% will be booking with her again! The pictures that she sent after were adorable and I can tell she really cares for my dog!🩷🩷

There are no words for how wonderful Breanna has been over the past few years with my high maintenance cat. I am actually reluctant to relocate for work because I know I'll never find a more kind and patient Mo-Whisperer (and a genuinely - like unnecessarily 😂 - talented photographer, which is a lovely bonus)

Breanna has been an easy transition! I was nervous because our retired dog walker was so good but Breanna is awesome! Great communication and the best pictures!

Schedule
I have a fairly flexible schedule — perfect for daytime walks, outdoor playtime, and evening care. My availability is generally between 8 AM and 10 PM, so I can easily accommodate a variety of routines. At the moment, I’m only offering walks and drop-in visits (no overnight stays), but I’m happy to provide multiple check-ins throughout the day to keep your pet comfortable and cared for in their own home. Please note for April 13-April 30: I will be unavailable for drop-ins + walks after 12pm.

I’m happy to adjust my care to make sure they feel safe, understood, and well-loved. 📸 I also love capturing cute moments with the pets I care for and may share photos on social media for my pet-sitting profile, @pawswithbre. Your privacy is very important to me, so I never include personal details (names, tags, or location) or anything that could identify your home. I also wait at least 24 hours after a booking is completed before posting. If you’d prefer your pet not be featured or have any questions, just let me know – I’m happy to accommodate!
