Good communication and strive to provide the best experience for your pet. I am available throughout the week, although I am a student the only conflict I have is Mondays around 4-5. Chris was fantastic! He took great care of our cat, Finn. He came all 22 days at the agreed upon time. In addition to the daily tasks and refreshing food, water and litter, he kept an eye on how Finn looked and acted each visit. He also played and petted Finn each day which is so important. Chris promptly submitted a detailed update on the Rover app along with a lot of photos each day. Chris also kept an eye on the house and alerted me of any potential issues. I hope Chris is available to take care of Finn every time I need to be away.
Thank you for taking such a last minute booking! Took daily photos, & the cats seemed happy with her company. Even our more shy girl seemed to come out & sit mostly within a fair distance, but still sit in her company. She also washed the cat bowls which was really nice
Theresa was great with my 2 kitties. She was so sweet when she came over for the meet and greet, I can see why she has a lot of repeat business. She went above and beyond while sitting by helping me out with a package I received and also watering some plants. She also sent me plenty of photos of my fur babies which is really important to me. I will definitely use her again when I am out of town.
Gina is so much better than you expect from a pet sitter...she truly went above and beyond with Punky! My cat is extremely old and usually very hesitant around new people but Gina truly understood her and made her feel very at ease. As a single mom I felt even MORE comfortable with her knowing my home and my cat were in her care. She is EXCEPTIONAL and I will most certainly use her again!
WOW!!! Regan was an amazing sitter for our cat Heather. Regan arrived everyday and followed all care instructions as requested. Heather warmed up to Regan immediately and greeted her upon arrival. Cody did an excellent job with our cats! She is very go with the flow of whatever we need or want to have done. Her personality is calm and joyful and the cats had a lot of fun with her. She sent pictures and videos after each visit which we loved! We will for sure use her again and highly recommend her.
I was absolutely satisfied with the drop-in visits Lauren did for 10 days with my 2 cats! When she visited for meet and greet, the cats immediately took to her and so I felt very comfortable leaving for such an extended time. Lauren sent me copious amounts of pics of which I looked forward to seeing everyday. She did a fantastic job taking care of my little ESA's and they enjoyed her company so much I think they forgot about me-haha. I also want to mention that Lauren did all this while dealing with a fever and illness one day, and a raging snowstorm the next.
