About: Hello!! **Update** I am currently accepting walks for only 6-7am and 8-10pm timeframes. I have several repeat clients that take up the other hours but will update this if things change. Drop ins are same timeframes except for Sundays and Tuesdays I can take on anytime all day. If you are going on vacation please reach out anyways about Drop Ins as if my schedule allows I CAN accommodate for the most part with a month in advance*** :) My name is Christine and thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile :) I used Rover for 4-5 years but I moved and then was working 2 jobs at the time so I took a break and am back now! I currently live in a condo and do not have a yard right now but I’m feet away from a really great park here in Powell. I grew up taking care of many types of animals but more specifically dogs. I have 3 dogs of my own, all different breeds and personalities, which really challenged me to be able to learn and grow with taking care of dogs. I am working on opening my own location for a Doggie Day care business but until then I would like to gain even more experience and slowly earn loyal doggie clients. Mainly available for walks 7 days a week. Mostly open for drop ins 5-7 days a week ! I have a flexible schedule for last min bookings My 3 pets are EXTREMELY LOVED and spoiled! They have their own closets, foods, toys and even a room dedicated to my cats and dogs in case they just need that alone time away from the humans ! They receive the upmost care for grooming and vet clinic as well! My wallet is never happy when it comes to my pets because I just find so many ways to love them and spoil them!
About: I grew up on a farm, so I took care of cats, dogs, and various other farm type animals like horses and cows quite frequently. I also have a cat and two dogs back home that I take care of whenever I go back home. I’m currently waiting to hear back from multiple full time jobs, however this can take a while so at the moment I am usually free 24/7 for any pets who need taken care of! If I was to take a dog to my home, I have plenty of space for them to roam around inside as well as plenty of places outdoors to walk, or even go to the dog park if they enjoy going there. My apartment is perfect for a cat as well because there are plenty of windows for sunbathing and comfortable places to take naps, and for more active cats there is plenty of indoor space to play.

“Karlina did an excellent job with our spicy cat who wasn’t feeling his best! I think she’s great for those of us who have special needs kitties. Linus might not have shown appreciation for her efforts, but I will!”

“Emily was wonderful. Stella is very shy, but she didn’t hide when Emily came. We were very pleased with the care Emily gave Stella. We will definitely have Emily come the next time we’re gone.”

“Danielle was amazing and so kind to our little 10week old pup. She played with him, followed the same cue words we have been trying to train him with and also made sure there was enough water for him before she left. A”

“Leah is wonderful. She did an outstanding job with our two dogs while I was out of town. I could relax knowing that my dogs were in good hands with Leah. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Kyra was great and professional, she took wonderful care of our cat. It was our first time using Rover and first time with Kyra, and we're glad we found her. We'll definitely have her back. Thanks Kyra!”

“Samantha took great care of my two cats and always kept me updated on how they were doing. You can tell she truly loves animals, even my nervous cat was comfortable with her. Highly recommend!”

About: I have taken care of pets my entire life. I currently have 2 cats and 2 dogs myself, so a very capable multitasker. Happy to assist with your cats and dogs. I am available early mornings before work and after work as well. Available on weekends as well. Not available during the day on any weekdays. I will safely walk your dogs or let them out in your backyard based on your preference. I will send you confirmations after each visit so that you can have ease of mind that your animals are taken care of.
“Ann is amazing! She takes such good care of my pups and always sends updates. My dachshund isn’t great with people and Ann has been so patient with him over the past few weeks. It is greatly appreciated!”

“Kortney exceeded my expectations in all ways. As a new customer I was extremely nervous, and from the moment I spoke to Kortney, I had forgotten why I even felt nervous at all. Roxxie my Boston terrier is my whole world, and I knew she’d be in good hands with Kortney. She even went out of her way to accommodate my night shift hours at the hospital to make sure that Roxxie was taken care of, even though she had to be up extra early for her job as well. If I weren’t moving to another state id choose Her for my pet needs every time!! Thank you so much Kortney for making this last hectic week so much easier for me!”

“Lauren was caring and extremely communicative, which was super-helpful during our first time leaving our kitties at home alone. Any question we had, she answered, and she made sure to send pictures of each of our kitties being loved and cuddled. All of their food, litter, and the rest of our home was in a great state when we came back too. Would recommend Lauren to anyone!”

“We found Sydnee and are so glad we did. You can tell she absolutely loves animals. We left our 3 siamese in her care and she went above and beyond. We came come to 3 happy kitties 😸 💕”

“Scott is single-handedly the best sitter we have ever had. We have 5 dogs so finding someone to care for them was challenging, especially since they are all fairly large. We have one fur baby that is particular about men (she came from an abusive breeding background) and does not trust them at all. She has taken a liking to Scott and that has NEVER happened. We were absolutely shocked. I cannot recommend Scott enough for any of your pets needs. He’s the best!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Powell
Erica was so great with our kitties while we were away. She had come over to meet them and go over care instructions before we left, so we felt comfortable knowing they were going to be well taken care of. She sent daily pictures and updates, which helped keep us in the loop on how they were doing. One of our kitties had a birthday while we were away and Erica went above and beyond to celebrate her, which meant the world as a pet parent! We will definitely be asking for her help again next time we need help caring for our cats.

Lauren was once again a perfect sitter for our senior cat! Loved the photos every day and she is always well taken care of. When we were supposed to have winter weather, Lauren also asked what she could do and made sure our thermostat was at a certain temperature as not to have any issues. We are moving out of the area and I know my cat will miss her vacation times with Lauren! Thank you for everything!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Above and beyond cat care⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We could not be happier with Sylvia. She was attentive, kind, punctual, and an excellent communicator before and during our trip. Our cats absolutely adored her, and it showed in every update. What truly set her apart was her initiative: I forgot to even mention the litter box routine, and she still cleaned the litter boxes and the entire area around them, unasked, and handled it professionally. That kind of judgment and care is rare. She made sure our kitties had the best experience: fresh food and water, clean litter, playtime, cuddles, and thoughtful check-ins with photos. We came home to relaxed, happy cats and a tidy space. Her service is unbelievable for the fee she charges…truly above and beyond. We recommend Sylvia without hesitation.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
