About: I’ve been caring for pets since I was 14, starting with neighbors’ dogs for walks and daily care. Over the years, I’ve continued pet sitting for friends, family, and coworkers. I have experience with both dogs and cats, including regularly caring for my parents’ pets and helping a friend with her two cats. In the past few years, I’ve also watched many coworkers’ dogs. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, and making sure pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away. As a teacher, I have a consistent weekday schedule, which allows me to provide reliable care. I’m available for check-ins ands walks once during the day, as well as mornings and evenings. I’m especially flexible on weekends, when I have more open availability for extended visits, walks, or overnight care. I always make sure pets get the attention, routine, and care they need, even on my busier days. I provide a safe, calm, and clean environment where pets can feel comfortable and at home. Since I live alone and don’t have pets of my own, I’m able to give my full attention to the pets I’m caring for. I stick closely to each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions from the owner. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure their pet feels secure by maintaining their usual routine and environment. I provide plenty of updates, photos, and communication so owners feel at ease while they’re away. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and stress free, whether they’re in my home or their own.

“Meghana was wonderful with my cat Daisy! Daisy is a bit timid around new people but eventually opens up. Meghana was patient and spent time ensuring that Daisy was comfortable. She left really detailed notes about her visit and send pictures and videos. I would love to use Meghana’s services again!”
“Haleigh did such a great job with our energetic dog! She was prompt, thorough with her Rover card responses, and went above and beyond in caring for Turner! Would absolutely book again!”

“Leah is wonderful. She did an outstanding job with our two dogs while I was out of town. I could relax knowing that my dogs were in good hands with Leah. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

About: We have been taking care of our golden retrievers for 14 years and love being outside with all dogs. We have watched our family and friends dogs when they travel and love the opportunity to get to know as many dogs as possible in our neighborhood. We are free to walk and take care of pets in evenings and on weekends. I am a teacher so holiday breaks and summers are free for us as well! We have a fenced in yard for dogs to play. We have experience in walking multiple dogs and have all that we need to prepare for long walks! Our neighborhood is very friendly and conducive for long walks.
“Carina was responsive, timely, & just overall great with our cat during her drop-ins while we were out of town for Thanksgiving! She made sure to send daily updates with lots of details & plenty of photos and also left our cat supply space so clean and organized! Our cat seemed super cozy & happy upon return, would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter 💕”

“Fantastic cat sitter!! My cats and all their needs were well taken care of while I was out of town, and she gave me plenty of updates and pictures. I came home to a couple of happy kitties 💖”

“My cat loves to be around people, but we had to travel a lot this summer. Curt gave our cat lots of attention which we really appreciated. Curt sent pictures from each visit which we enjoyed.”
“She came to feed the animals so she can get used to feeding them the week we are gone. I had typed her out how to feed them and she did very good, and since it’s the same with them she will get very used to feeding them. Feel relaxed knowing my babies will be taken care of.”

“Bonnie was very attentive to Jack. He takes a while to warm up but she spent the time to get to know him and he had a great week. She was consistent with her updates & photo reports allowing us to know he was being well taken care of. Thank you so much Bonnie for allowing us to enjoy our time away! And I know Jack appreciated all the love too😀.”

About: Hi! my name is Tiana! I am 22 years old and am currently studying at the Ohio state university for my bachelor’s in pre-veterinary animal sciences. I have grown up around pets all my life and have experience with all different kinds of animals! From cats and dogs to even birds and horses. I have also worked in a veterinary clinic so I have experience administering oral medication and caring for those who may have extra needs! As of august 25th I will be back fulltime at the ohio state university. I have classes on campus from 8am-3pm, so during those times I am unavailable for pet care on WEEKDAYS. I do offer house sits and drop-ins but for morning and evening care only. However on WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, and LONG WEEKENDS, I am available for 24/7 care! I will send texts, pictures, and videos of all activities that your pet and I will do. From playing together in your living room to even snagging a pic of potty time, I’ll make sure that you know your pet is being cared for and safe. I will also give daily updates and tell you what we did for that day!
“Ann is amazing! She takes such good care of my pups and always sends updates. My dachshund isn’t great with people and Ann has been so patient with him over the past few weeks. It is greatly appreciated!”

“Kortney exceeded my expectations in all ways. As a new customer I was extremely nervous, and from the moment I spoke to Kortney, I had forgotten why I even felt nervous at all. Roxxie my Boston terrier is my whole world, and I knew she’d be in good hands with Kortney. She even went out of her way to accommodate my night shift hours at the hospital to make sure that Roxxie was taken care of, even though she had to be up extra early for her job as well. If I weren’t moving to another state id choose Her for my pet needs every time!! Thank you so much Kortney for making this last hectic week so much easier for me!”

“Mia is a great help! She kept us updated each day after her visits and made sure she did everything to keep Rusty happy! She posted pictures to us everyday. I would love to work with Mia in future!”

“Theresa did a great job of checking on our senior dog and cat while we were away. Our dog can take awhile to warm up to new people but she got along with Theresa right away. She was great at communicating with us and sending us pictures. We will use her again!”

Alexis came through and helped me out with my dog when I was in a last minute situation. She was easy to work with to figure out a scenario that worked for both of us and my dog. Easy communication, effective drop ins, and accommodated my asks! I really appreciate it!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
