I work a full-time day job until 4pm so evening or weekend visits &/or walks are easily accommodated. I try to adjust my schedule to the needs of my client(s) as best as I can.

Are there any behavior issues or specific habits to be concerned about (ie, is your cat is a darter)? What are your pet's preferences (ie, my cat likes to sit on my lap every night preferably after I feed him). Some pets prefer no bells or loud noises. Some prefer walks vs others only want to go potty and back in. It all helps me to take better care of your animal.
A typical day
Walks will be around your neighborhood preferably a variety of routes depending on the dog's preference. I can throw a ball or play hide and seek with dogs. For cats i will use a laser, balls, curly toys, wand toys or feathers for cats.

Pet care experience
Your pet will get lots of walks, playing and special attention. Love both cats and dogs. Most pets really like my nails/strong fingers as i can scratch/rub and massage well. I also enjoy grooming/brushing both cats and dogs. Yes. I do poop scoop on dog walks and pet visit. I am now pet less as my cat passed away 12/2022. Sherlock, was known for being a challenge at the shelter. It took a long time for him to decompress but eventually he had become a lap cat. Sherlock had been getting better at mingling with guests and would wander out to visit a person or two then he would go back to his safe place (my bedroom) for awhile and repeat visiting with alone time. I enjoy reading cozy mysteries, biographies and inspirational fiction/stories. My experience is house sitting with either or both cats and dogs...love them both. Prefer small to medium sized cats & dogs. I will work hard to keep your pet's regular schedule and will give you pictures and/or comments/feedback about your pet. I do well with active or calm, young or old, shy or friendly animals. Your pet(s) will be treated as my own so you can relax and enjoy your time away knowing your pet(s) and home are being well cared for. I am not able to service the OSU campus and immediate surrounding area. I DO REQUIRE a Meet & Greet before I will agree to pet sit.

Amy is FANTASTIC! She always sends us lots of pictures and gives us detailed reports on how our cats are doing.
Amy is truly wonderful with your fur babies! In addition to doing all of the required components of a visit, she goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is doing well. The biggest compliment I can give is that my cats are always settled yet spunky when I get home. It's a sign that they feel genuinely safe and cared for!
