Her first visit she wowed me by being able to insert the needle in on her own - my job after was to distract with pets and treats. The whole visit took about 10 minutes. Victoria is confident, calm, and kind. Her presence has eased any concerns I have about my cat not getting his proper dosage of fluids. Na, was prompt and fantastic with my kittens and my 2 yr old cat. I found her in short notice, she came right over the next day!, took very good care of my three boys!. Without her, I probably could not hAve gone on vacation! Thasnk you again, Na!!, your the best!!!
Beth went above and beyond taking care of our pets while we were away. She was reliable, punctual, and not only completed everything we asked, but also went out of her way to do little extra things that made a big difference. We asked her to drop in five times a day for two dogs and one cat, making sure they were fed, given their medications, and that the litter box stayed clean. She handled it all flawlessly for seven straight days, which is no small task—especially since one of our dogs is both blind and deaf. We can get anxious about leaving our pets with someone new and giving them access to our home, but Beth’s professionalism and level of care quickly put us at ease. By the first few days, all of our worries had disappeared. We couldn’t have asked for better care and would absolutely book her again for future trips.
