About: Hi! My name is Lucy, and I'm a current veterinary student at the University of Illinois. I have previously pet sat for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes and would love to care for your pet while you are away. I originally started pet sitting in high school (about 6 years ago) to gain animal care experience. Since then, I have worked at kennels and vet clinics and am learning new skills every day at school! I'm hoping to pet sit while I'm home during school breaks, so I am pretty flexible when it comes to my availability. I'll do my best to accommodate you and your pet's needs! Because of my family dog at home, I am currently only offering drop in visits, walks, care, etc. at your home. This is to guarantee the health and safety of all animals involved. About: I’ve grown up around many animals (cats, dogs, bunnies, fish, hamsters, etc) and have gained much experience throughout the years. I am comfortable walking, feeding, playing and keeping your pet happy and safe while you’re away. I understand every pet is different so I am here to follow your instructions to give your pet the same love I give my own. I have a very flexible schedule at the moment. During the week I am able to come between the hours of 8:30am to 6:00pm. On the weekend I’m available between the hours of 11:00am to 4:00pm. I am happy to work with your pets routine and discuss specific scheduling needs in advance. When caring for your pet inside your home I will make sure to follow their normal routine and give them plenty of attention, affection, and playtime. I will follow all directions for feeding, medication, and care provided. I’ll also treat your home with respect and keep you updated on your pets with messages and photos so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is safe and well cared for.

About: Over a year of experience with pet sitting through PetButler, caring for all types of animals. Walking and drop in visits were done. Dog daycare experience as well. Good communication and strive to provide the best experience for your pet. I am available throughout the week, although I am a student the only conflict I have is Mondays around 4-5. So very open during the week and some weekend availability. At your home I will follow instructions carefully to ensure the safety of your pet. Whether that’s using a leash, harness, or keeping them in a fenced in area.

About: I've owned dogs since high-school. I blessed to meet my soul dog 6yrs ago, but unfortunately lost him to cancer a year after we adopted him. Our current pup, Harley is a huge couch potato and loves kids... but she's my husband's doggo. I'm looking for families who can appreciate having a caretaker for their pets, who wants to be best friends with every dog and cat she meets and will love them like family. I work from home Monday- Friday. Which gives me lots of flexibility to provide care for your pets as needed. My job requires me to be detail oriented, good at multitasking and extremely reliable. All traits that I can bring into providing care for your furry best friend! I have great communication skills, can follow pet schedules as required for food/walks/potty breaks etc, and administer medication. As well as providing all the other important needs your pets might have, playtime, snuggles and treats!

About: I have been an animal lover since the day I was born. My mom’s nickname for me growing up was Snow White because I would make friends with the animals everywhere I go. I work full time as a receptionist at a veterinary clinic where I work with animals 5 days a week and find work on the side house and cat sitting for family, friends, and mutual. As the designated “responsible mom friend” amongst my peers I’m lucky enough to have been honored with the task of looking after multiple pets, homes, and apartments throughout the years taking care of peoples furry family members they sadly have to leave behind when out of town and the homes they live in just to keep a responsible eye on things while their owners are away. I’m a type A, an Aquarius and an ENFJ As mentioned I do work full time at a Vet clinic. I get 2 weekends and 2 weekdays off a month. My schedule is typically either 7:15am-4:30pm with a break from 12-1pm or 10:30am-7:30pm with a break from 1-2pm. I am willing stop by to perform pet care during my breaks at work depending on the distance. I get my schedule out a month in advance and typically schedule my personal (trips, obligations, appointments etc.) a month ahead of time as well I have experience administering medication, feeding, changing litter box, dog walking, and of course giving lots of love and affection and play time to pets.

About: I looove dogs. I have had up to 4 dogs at a time with every age from 4 months to 14 years. I have housebroken puppies and helped older dogs walk with a harness. I am quick to recognize issues and can determine how serious they are based on my years of experience. I have helped save countless lives volunteering to transport and keep dogs overnight at my house. I am currently a volunteer for the Cause for Canines rescue, helping match dogs looking for homes with families looking for dogs. I am not currently working and have others in my household to watch my dog while I am away. I can easily make your pet a priority base on how often they need to be let out, walked, cuddled, etc. I will not bring my dog to your home. I am comfortable and familiar with crating dogs when away from the home for their safety. They always have access to water and toys with supervision, but once the toys are destroyed I take them away to prevent obstructions. Daily walks of at least 30 minutes are a must. Cat care varies based on the needs of the cat. Some can be free fed, some require meal times. Litter boxes would be cleaned daily. I prefer to keep them indoors for their safety.

About: I've been walking dogs for over 8 years now, and honestly, it's become one of my favorite parts of the week! I currently walk for a few regular clients on a weekly basis, and I love getting to know each dog's personality and routine. I grew up with dogs and cats, and I have 2 cats myself, so I've got a soft spot for all kinds of pets! Bouncy puppies who need to burn off some energy, senior dogs who just want a slower and gentler pace, cats who want to play, I am here for it all! I pay attention to what each pet actually needs, whether that's a specific walking route, extra care around leash reactivity, or just keeping things calm and comfortable for a cat while their family's away. I also house sit for 4 different families and their pets, and I'm looking to take on more! Between that and my dog walking clients, I'm used to keeping different routines, feeding schedules, and personalities straight, and making sure every pet feels just as comfortable as they would with their own family home. I also work full-time at Orangetheory Fitness, so I'm active, punctual, and reliable! I show up on time and give your dog every pet my full attention, every single time. My schedule actually works out perfectly for pet care! I coach at Orangetheory from 4am to 10am, so my mornings start early, but that means I've got the whole rest of my day wide open. I walk pets before my shift and swing by again right after, and honestly, I build my whole schedule around whatever your pet needs, not the other way around! The only thing I plan around is making it home to feed my own two cats, but as long as I'm in town and you give me a little heads up, I'm all in, whenever you need me! And since my afternoons and evenings are so open, your pet isn't getting some rushed, in-and-out visit. They're getting real playtime, real love, and someone who's actually excited to be there! Although I don't offer pet sitting in my own home due to my own two boys, I'll gladly watch your pets in their own environment! I like keeping them in their own home to make sure they're still comfortable in their space, and it gives you the peace of mind of knowing they're exactly where you left them! When I'm in your home, I stick closely to whatever routine your pet is used to, feeding times, walk schedules, medications, favorite toys, all of it. I'm not just popping in to check a box, I spend real time with your pet, whether that's playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company so they don't feel like their world flipped upside down while you're gone. I also treat your home with the same care and respect I'd want for my own, keeping things tidy and secure the whole time I'm there. And no matter what, you'll always get updates and photos while you're away, so you can see firsthand that your pet (and home) are in great hands!
