About: In addition to growing up with both dogs and cats of my own, I have been caring for pets through Rover for nearly 8 years now and I know exactly how much work goes into taking care of man's best friend! Whether you have an energetic puppy, a special needs senior, or family felines, I am here to help! I'm WFH full-time and am able to offer boarding and doggy daycare for small breeds only (under 15lbs due to weight restrictions at my apartment, house-trained, and not prone to loud barking or urine marking), but since I have two cats with limited space, I require a meet and greet in my home prior to booking. While I do offer house sitting and drop-in visits, I have a diabetic cat that requires insulin injections 8am & 8pm which does mean I have to stay pretty local for overnight & prefer no more than 5 nights (also if you have a diabetic cat too, I got you!). House sitting rates includes staying in your home around the clock, aside from my twice a day trips home and any errands or other drop-ins I might have. If 30-60 min drop ins are too short for your fur baby's needs, please select house sitting option and I will work with you to stay in the home as much as you need even if overnights aren't necessary :) When first meeting clients I like to do a thorough walk-through of everything there is to know about their pup's feeding and walking schedule as well as about the home (alarms, spare keys, guest room etc.) that way I have less questions for the owner while they are away and can confidently jump into the dog's regular routine without any hiccups.

About: Hi there! I’m Awia, and I’ve had around 25 years of experience caring for animals. I’ve shared my life with many wonderful dogs and cats, and I currently have a sweet Pekingese named Peking along with two cats, Lolli and Ashley. They’re all friendly, gentle, and used to having new furry friends around. More than likely, I will pet or talk to your dog before I start a conversation with you...I’ve always had dogs in my household growing up. I’ve volunteered at an animal rescue for 4 years which sparked my love for dogs. I have also fostered a few dogs during COVID. No matter the breed, size, age, color, I will spoil and love your dog to my fullest potential. I’m always trying to find new ways to entertain dogs wether it’s by walking, playing with a garden hose, zoomies in the backyard, whatever I can do to make sure your dog is having the time of their life while you’re away. I work from home so I am home all day during the week! Your fur baby is more than welcome to stay during the day while you’re at work or I am available to come over to give them love and attention during the day! While I work from home, I will mainly be in my office space but will always be checking in on your fur baby. I hope they would be comfortable enough to join me in my office while I work! My experience administering medication Yes, I have administered pills, eye drops, and shots to dogs and cats in the past as well as general first aid. I have taken pet CPR. I work from home most of the time but do have events here and there. If I ever have to leave house for more than a couple hours, I have a friend or family member who checks on pups and will let them out to potty and play. My home has a large yard and is fully fenced and pet friendly. I have five small dogs to keep your pup company. Outdoor time is always supervised.

About: I've taken care of pets almost all of my life! I grew up with 3 cats that I adored. Before we had our 3 boys, we got a Beagle named Pippin who lived with us for 14 years. For the last 5 years our family has hosted many dogs here in our home and enjoy the energy and life they bring! I currently work part-time and my husband works from home so we are very flexible and available. I love taking walks and enjoy when I can bring a furry friend along! I also love sitting on my deck swing with the pups and watching people and animals in my yard and on the bike path. We have a huge backyard that backs up to a bike path which we use frequently. About: We’re a mother-daughter duo who absolutely adore animals and know just how to spoil your pup! We have had our own dog who sadly passed away at the age of 14, and we currently have a very timid and shy cat who usually just stays in my daughter's room when we care for other friends and neighbor's pets. We have taken care of young pups to senior dogs where we had to hand feed the old lad along with his prescribed medicines. So do not worry, both of us have plenty of experience with dogs, we’re all about giving your furry friend tons of love, belly rubs, and fun while you’re away. Your fur child could be on my bed at night if that’s what you prefer, just as he/she is next to you. I work from home most days, and my daughter is home before 3 PM on weekdays, so we’re always around to care for pets.
