About: In addition to growing up with both dogs and cats of my own, I have been caring for pets through Rover for nearly 8 years now and I know exactly how much work goes into taking care of man's best friend! Whether you have an energetic puppy, a special needs senior, or family felines, I am here to help! I'm WFH full-time and am able to offer boarding and doggy daycare for small breeds only (under 15lbs due to weight restrictions at my apartment, house-trained, and not prone to loud barking or urine marking), but since I have two cats with limited space, I require a meet and greet in my home prior to booking. While I do offer house sitting and drop-in visits, I have a diabetic cat that requires insulin injections 8am & 8pm which does mean I have to stay pretty local for overnight & prefer no more than 5 nights (also if you have a diabetic cat too, I got you!). House sitting rates includes staying in your home around the clock, aside from my twice a day trips home and any errands or other drop-ins I might have. If 30-60 min drop ins are too short for your fur baby's needs, please select house sitting option and I will work with you to stay in the home as much as you need even if overnights aren't necessary :) When first meeting clients I like to do a thorough walk-through of everything there is to know about their pup's feeding and walking schedule as well as about the home (alarms, spare keys, guest room etc.) that way I have less questions for the owner while they are away and can confidently jump into the dog's regular routine without any hiccups.

During the week (Tues - Thurs), I work outside of the home, but I have a flexible schedule and will come home for midday care. My own pets are never left longer than 5 - 7 hours. I have a fully fenced in yard, and out on walks, I will use a secure harness lead for added safety unless you prefer otherwise.

About: I’ve worked at a vet clinic in my hometown for the past 5 years so I have lots of animal handling and care giving experience! I’m a senior at Otterbein and just applied to vet school, so I’m looking for some extra experience and hours during the school year. As a college student athlete, my weekly schedule is very busy so I am more available on the weekends and early mornings before class. My husband and I are both retired so at least one of us is home majority of the time. This allows us to give your pup the attention, time, and care they deserve. “I love my puppies more than anything, so naturally I don't trust just anyone to care for them. So I panicked when I had to go to a convention in Las Vegas. That's when a friend recommended Rover. Thankfully, out of the multitude of people on Rover, I found Emily. She, and her husband, have been truly wonderful in every respect. They took excellent care of my puppies, fed them on time, took them on walks, have them plenty of toys and stimulation, and sent amazing pics regularly. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was in my 20s. My life has revolved around caring for my own dogs. I have one senior dog & he'd like to make new friends. I work full time from home. I lost my female in February. I have a senior lab mix who would like company & i would like more interaction with dogs. My husband works part time from home. We have a nice yard for play time. I have a senior lab mix & he was trained on an underground fence . The yard is partially fenced in. It's a great space for play time
