Thankfully, out of the multitude of people on Rover, I found Emily. She, and her husband, have been truly wonderful in every respect. They took excellent care of my puppies, fed them on time, took them on walks, have them plenty of toys and stimulation, and sent amazing pics regularly. About: I have taken care of my dog since she was 8 weeks old. I have trained her as well as other dogs I've cared for to sit, lay down, roll over, heal, jump fences and much more. I have a lot of experience working with horses, and bunnies as well as dogs. My dog has faced medical issues like skin rashes due to allergies, and I am comfortable caring for animals that need additional support. I currently have one dog that lives with me. I care for her daily. I also take horse lessons 2-3 times a week and am responsible for the horses care as well. I am currently a college student so I plan on caring for your animals with short breaks when I have classes. I will spend free time outside of classes playing/walking and taking care of your animals.

Me and my dog have been attacked by dogs, and I was able to control the situation and secure my dog, so I have experience if something were to happen to me and the client. I am a student at Otterbein University and with my class schedule this semester I am able to walk dogs Monda 2pm-5pm, Tuesday 8am-2pm and 5pm-8pm, Wednesday 2pm-8pm, Thursday 5pm-8pm, Friday 2pm-4:30pm and available for most of the weekend excluding after 7pm on Sunday. In my home I make sure my dogs are pet, walked, fed, and loved. I make sure they are healthy and looked after with great care.

My first Corgi, Floyd, began having seizures at just one year old and continued to experience them regularly—ranging from several a week to several a day—until he passed away at eight. I’m in and out throughout the day but rarely gone for more than a few hours at a time, which allows me to maintain a consistent, calm routine for the pets in my home. My younger Corgi, Roxy (age one), is only crated when we’re not home, while Fabio, our older Corgi, prefers more freedom—but both are fully crate trained. I also have multiple crate sizes available to safely and comfortably accommodate visiting dogs, depending on their size and needs. My home is quiet, child-free, and centered around animals. Pet care isn’t something I squeeze into my day—it’s part of my daily rhythm. From walks and playtime to rest and individualized care, your dog will be in a peaceful, safe, and loving environment while you’re away. 🐾 Safety, Trust & Environment I take safety and trust seriously, and I’ve created a calm, secure environment in my home where dogs can feel truly at ease. I have a fully fenced backyard for supervised outdoor time, and dogs are never left outside unattended. Inside, I maintain a clean and structured space with multiple crate sizes available for comfort and safety when needed. I am a child-free home, and the noise level stays low throughout the day—making it an ideal environment for senior dogs or those who may be more sensitive or anxious in busier settings. I carefully manage introductions between my pets and yours, and I’m experienced in keeping animals separate if needed for comfort or safety. I follow all feeding, medication, and sleep routines exactly as provided and treat every dog like one of my own—with attentiveness, patience, and love. In case of a serious emergency, we are located very close to MedVet.
About: My husband and I have been taking care of a variety of dog breeds and ages for many years. From friends, neighbors, coworkers, and even our daughters' pup. My husband and I are both retired so at least one of us is home majority of the time. This allows us to give your pup the attention, time, and care they deserve. We have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for your pup to run around. We love to go on walks as well, weather permitting.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience, including skills like inserting IVs, setting up fluid pumps, and administering subcutaneous, oral, and intramuscular medications in both hospital and home settings. I’ve assisted in numerous routine and emergency surgeries and procedures, providing care for animals with a wide variety of ailments. Some of the conditions include caring for diabetics, seizures, kidney disease, liver disease, URis, UTis, hyperthyroidism, ocular issues, skin issues/allergies, foreign body surgeries, fractures, ACL surgeries, obstructions, and poisonings. I love walking and caring for animals weather that mean playing with them or spoon feeding them back to health. Additionally I have also had the privilege of caring for a wide range of animals, from large and small farm animals to dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes—from energetic puppies to loving senior dogs.
