About: I grew up with a cat, so I’ve been around feline care from a young age, and I’ve continued spending time with friends’ cats over the years. Through that, I’ve gotten comfortable with different personalities, from affectionate cats who love attention to more independent or shy ones who need space. I understand the importance of respecting a cat’s boundaries and creating a calm, low-stress environment. I’m attentive to feeding routines, playtime, and keeping litter boxes clean and fresh. I also pay close attention to behavior so I can make sure your cat is comfortable and doing well while you’re away. I take the time to let cats warm up to me naturally and make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for in their own home.

“Grace did a wonderful job taking care if Miss Rose! Miss Rose was content when I got home. Appreciated getting daily updates. I definitely recommend Grace For your pet sitting services and will be using her again.”

“Carla was able to accommodate me and my cat TK with very short notice. She went above and beyond what I would expect from a sitter. I would highly recommend and will absolutely book again.”

“Mirelsa is just the best. My mind is totally at peace when she is available to watch my cats. She also did a great job with my elderly yorkie and she needed a LOT of care.”

“Carina is awesome! This was my first time using rover for our two indoor cats, and she was professional, and had great communication! My cats were well taken care of, and I would use her in the future.”

“I can't say enough good things about Samantha! She was absolutely incredible with my two kitties. Samantha arrived at reasonable times twice a day to feed them while I was away, and her attention to detail was impressive. She listened to all my instructions carefully, ensuring my fur babies were well taken care of. It was clear that the kitties loved her! I would give her a 10/10 and highly recommend her to anyone in need of a cat/pet sitter!”

“Sam was absolutely fantastic! She was good with communication, and giving my cat the love he needed while I was gone. I will very much use her services again in the future and highly suggest her if you need help.”

“Great sitter for our cat Harley. Felt like she knew Harley after just the meet and greet. Regan took special care to make Harley feel comfortable with her and brought his food to him when he was feeling anxious about her arrival on the first day. Will be rebooking Regan if we need another sitter.”

“Kaitlyn was amazing. She sent updates and several pictures for every visit, her notes were always very detailed and she was very communicative with us about our dog. 100% recommend her.”

“Gina is phenomenal!!! We had a trip planned for 6 months and the family member who was going to take care of our 2 cats backed out at the last minute. We had never used a pet sitting service before. We were nervous inviting a stranger into our home to care for our two cats and a fish. Gina did an amazing job over the 6 days that we were away for! Especially with our 17 year old, diabetic cat that requires insulin shots every 12 hours. She keep us up to date with a message and several pictures each visit. We would highly recommend her and will definitely will be a repeat customer in the future.”

“Ashley took wonderful care of Arthur and Echo while we were out of town for the weekend. Even when our return flight was delayed SIX times, I didn't worry like I might have because I knew they were well taken care of.”

“Sally was so great with my pup Marge. I have a really hard time finding people I trust with her, as she is a bit reactive and can be a little mischevious ? Marge was so excited to go back to her house, and Sally kept me informed with updates all throughout the day that brightened my work day. I’d definitely recommend her!”

About: In addition to growing up with both dogs and cats of my own, I have been caring for pets through Rover for nearly 8 years now and I know exactly how much work goes into taking care of man's best friend! Whether you have an energetic puppy, a special needs senior, or family felines, I am here to help! I'm WFH full-time and am able to offer boarding and doggy daycare for small breeds only (under 15lbs due to weight restrictions at my apartment, house-trained, and not prone to loud barking or urine marking), but since I have two cats with limited space, I require a meet and greet in my home prior to booking. While I do offer house sitting and drop-in visits, I have a diabetic cat that requires insulin injections 8am & 8pm which does mean I have to stay pretty local for overnight & prefer no more than 5 nights (also if you have a diabetic cat too, I got you!). House sitting rates includes staying in your home around the clock, aside from my twice a day trips home and any errands or other drop-ins I might have. If 30-60 min drop ins are too short for your fur baby's needs, please select house sitting option and I will work with you to stay in the home as much as you need even if overnights aren't necessary :) When first meeting clients I like to do a thorough walk-through of everything there is to know about their pup's feeding and walking schedule as well as about the home (alarms, spare keys, guest room etc.) that way I have less questions for the owner while they are away and can confidently jump into the dog's regular routine without any hiccups.
About: Hi! You can call me Rose (: I’m that person who lights up whenever a dog walks into a room. More than likely, I will pet or talk to your dog before I start a conversation with you...I’ve always had dogs in my household growing up. I’ve volunteered at an animal rescue for 4 years which sparked my love for dogs. I have also fostered a few dogs during COVID. No matter the breed, size, age, color, I will spoil and love your dog to my fullest potential. I’m always trying to find new ways to entertain dogs wether it’s by walking, playing with a garden hose, zoomies in the backyard, whatever I can do to make sure your dog is having the time of their life while you’re away. I work from home so I am home all day during the week! I do run errands during the week but am only gone for an hour or so at a time. While I work from home, I will mainly be in my office space but will always be checking in on your doggo. I hope they would be comfortable enough to join me in my office while I work! I have a fully fenced in backyard and live in a quiet neighborhood for peaceful walks. If your dog requires or is more comfortable in a crate, I can comfortably fit one in my home as well.
“Kayleigh is super sweet and the pups had a great with her boarding for the day. She is very understanding and accommodating. She even sent photos of them during their stay. I would definitely recommend Kayleigh to care for your fur babies.”

I have some training in animal intuition and energy healing and I love giving Love...I live alone and am looking at getting a dog in the future but I travel a lot. Also I live in an apt and I can take most any pets except ones who bark at all as I have neighbors on both sides and dogs I. A new environment tend to bark at the strange new things often, so if they bark at all, unfortunately I cannot take them. Looking forward to meeting your baby! My apt is pretty small (400sq ft on the first floor) but any animal guest is welcome to stay wherever they want to hang out - couch or comfy carpeted upstairs floor and since I’m 6’ ft tall - Great Danes welcome! Please let me know any needs and/or special requests....so you can bet I've heard them all! I work from home so my availability is very flexible. He/she can work along side me and I take many breaks to pet and cuddle! I am only available for walks and drop-in visits Wednesday and Sunday afternoon/evenings and Friday evenings. I have a small yard that opens to woods in the back. Sometime I work outside so can stay with him/her while they are chilling outside. I can also crate them when at home or away, whatever is needed and they are used to.
About: I’ve had the pleasure of caring for dogs, cats, and both small and large farm animals my entire life, and I’ve been fortunate to work in the veterinary field as a veterinary technician/assistant for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience, including skills like inserting IVs, setting up fluid pumps, and administering subcutaneous, oral, and intramuscular medications in both hospital and home settings. I’ve assisted in numerous routine and emergency surgeries and procedures, providing care for animals with a wide variety of ailments. Some of the conditions include caring for diabetics, seizures, kidney disease, liver disease, URis, UTis, hyperthyroidism, ocular issues, skin issues/allergies, foreign body surgeries, fractures, ACL surgeries, obstructions, and poisonings. I love walking and caring for animals weather that mean playing with them or spoon feeding them back to health. Additionally I have also had the privilege of caring for a wide range of animals, from large and small farm animals to dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes—from energetic puppies to loving senior dogs. I've also cared for both senior cats and playful kittens, gaining valuable experience with each stage of life Please let me know what you need, and I will do everything I can to ensure your pet feels loved, comfortable, and well cared for while you are away. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration! Hi there! I’m currently a stay-at-home mom with a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate time to taking care of your furry family members. Alongside helping care for a disabled family member, I have a deep love for animals of all kinds, from dogs and cats to chickens and even monkeys! “Our dog can be nervous around new people, but Laken got down on the floor with her and snuggled to make her comfortable. She had her two small dogs who played well with ours. She has a fenced yard and our dog enjoyed running around. We felt like she received good care and looked very comfortable when we picked her up.”

About: Hi there! I’m Awia, and I’ve had around 25 years of experience caring for animals. I’ve shared my life with many wonderful dogs and cats, and I currently have a sweet Pekingese named Peking along with two cats, Lolli and Ashley. They’re all friendly, gentle, and used to having new furry friends around. I’ve also volunteered walking dogs at various animal shelters over the years—animals have always been a huge part of my life. I also have six wonderful children who absolutely adore animals. They’re gentle, respectful, and regularly nominated for Kindness Awards at their school. Your pet will receive extra love, attention, and cuddle sessions from them—helping your furry family member feel right at home. I’m currently working on my nonprofit organization, and during my downtime I’ve chosen to walk dogs and care for animals. It’s such a fun and rewarding way to spend the day—you get to hang out with adorable pups, enjoy some exercise, and soak up the sunshine. I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for your pets. While I don’t have a fenced-in yard, I’m fortunate to live within a beautiful nature preserve and park system. This means your pup can enjoy walks along scenic, well-maintained paths with plenty of fresh air and minimal street traffic. If boarding, I’ll make sure your dog gets regular, safe walks and plenty of attention, ensuring they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. All of my personal pets—Peking, Lolli, and Ashley—are up to date on vaccinations, and are on flea and heartworm prevention medication. For the safety and comfort of all animals, I kindly ask that visiting pets are also clean and flea-free. If a pet arrives needing a bath, I’m happy to provide one, and a pet bath fee will be added to your booking. This ensures a fresh, healthy, and pleasant environment for everyone.
About: I’m a lifelong animal lover who truly enjoys caring for dogs like they’re part of the family! I grew up with three cats and later had a Beagle, Pippin, who was with us for 14 sweet years. For the past 5 years, we’ve regularly hosted dogs in our home, and we love the joy and energy they bring to our daily life! Whether your pup loves walks, playtime, or just relaxing, we’re happy to match their pace. I especially enjoy daily walks and quiet time on the deck with our dog guests, where they can safely take in all the sights and sounds. We generally only watch one pup at a time so they will enjoy exclusive love and attention while they’re here! We have a large backyard that backs up to a bike path—perfect for walks and outdoor time. Our neighborhood is very safe, dog-friendly, and located close to a park. We also have three responsible teenage boys who love helping play with and care for the dogs, so your pup will get lots of attention and affection. Your dog will be treated like part of our family while they’re here. I’m happy to provide updates, photos, and keep you informed so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. “Marlyn was great, per usual! Had gotten some surprise buckeye football tickets and needed a spur of the moment dog sitter for the day. Only one person came to mind in this panic and that was Marlyn. She has watched our sweet Stella before and did such a great job. So much so she didn’t want to come home haha. Marlyn sent pictures and kept us posted the entirety of the day which always puts us at ease. 11/10 ✊🏽”

“Lauren is absolutely phenomenal. We have a new puppy, she has been wonderful with communication & helping him/us learn. It has been wonderful having our older dog get an additional walk during the day.”

“Samantha is great! She took a last minute booking to walk our dog. My husband was out of town and I work long hours, and it was so nice to come home to a content and exercised dog. Her taking care of our dog was great peace of mind knowing she wouldn’t be home alone all day! ☺️”

“Wesley was great with Grace. She loved seeing him and they were very accommodating to our schedule. The updates were very reassuring and thorough, with great pics of Grace. Thank you!”

“Our dog Nessa can take a minute to warm up to new people, but seemed to like Grace from the start. When they got back from their 1st walk she had the zoomies all around the living room! Looking forward to working with Grace on our next overnight trip!”

As a college student athlete, my weekly schedule is very busy so I am more available on the weekends and early mornings before class. I do not currently have pets at school, but I do love when I get to visit my two dogs back at home occasionally! I have two dogs of my own so I’m used to feeding them, taking them on walks, taking care of them, and of course giving them lots of love!

“Did a test night with Zeus as he can be a bit dramatic and needy due to separation anxiety. Abigail and her husband did a great job keeping him calm and he ate more food than he normally would away from home. I got updates from Abigail on how he was doing and excited to use them again for an upcoming trip!”

“It’s always so comforting knowing how well Murphys stay will be with Leslie and her family! We are so grateful to her for her kindness she shows towards us and our Murph! I’d recommend her to anyone needing per care. 🐕🦺🦴🐾🐶”

“I have left my elderly (but active) dog with Will and Bibiana twice so far for week-long trips, and he really seems to love it there! They’re very accommodating and send daily updates/pictures. They have a nice outdoor area for him, as well as lots of areas for him to lounge inside. They also took him on walks. Their home seems very clean too. I cannot recommend them enough!”

“John and Shannon took amazing care of our lab. They sent photos/ videos daily of Maggie, playing outside, going on walks, and relaxing in the house. We felt so comfortable and are excited for Maggie to have such a great place to stay in the future!”

“Zach took the best care of our pups while we were on vacation. Our dogs came home relaxed - not stressed at all, and Zach did an incredible job of providing updates and pictures while we were gone.”

“Lindsay is an amazing sitter! Our dogs, Rocky and Vinny, had the best time with her. They loved playing with her sweet dogs, Roxy and Fabio, and having the freedom of a fenced-in backyard. We had complete peace of mind while they were in her care—she’s kind, attentive, and truly treats dogs like her own. We couldn’t recommend Lindsay more highly to anyone looking for a reliable and loving sitter!!! It almost seemed like our dogs didn’t want to leave they were having such a good time!!”

“She and her daughter took great care of our pup. He loved them and seems to have had a great time on vacation from his parents. They took him on lots of walks, played with his favorite toys and gave him lots of love. Thank you so much for being a wonderful sitter to Prince.”

About: Located in Westerville, OH my wife and I have a large fenced in backyard and screened in patio. I work from home full-time. We also have a 2 year old long-haired mini dachsund, Rocco, who loves to play with other dogs (when he’s not on house security duty). He loves to sniff around the backyard and play fetch for as long as possible and would love a friend to join him. Rocco has consistently attended daycare here in Columbus and is accustomed to dogs of all sizes. My wife and I both grew up with hunting chocolate labs so we are experienced with handling dogs of all sizes. We live next to two large walking paths and have a nice quiet neighborhood where we love to take our dog. We currently have a 2 year old mini dachsund so we already have a nice dog routine between my wife and I! We make sure to have plenty of water available on the main floor, especially during summer months. I take regular breaks throughout my work from home day to toss the ball in the backyard! Pets that stay at our house will have full access to inside, screened in patio and our large fenced in backyard! I work from home full-time so I am with the dogs all day. Dogs can’t fit through the fenced in yard so no worries about escape artists.
“Carol watched my high anxiety dog and did a great job. My dog is a little escape artist from her kennel and Carol was so patient and willing to constantly problem solve. We were so grateful that Carol was so flexible and compassionate to the situation. We would absolutely use her again (and get ourselves a new kennel!)”

“Bruno had an amazing stay with Madison. She treated him like he was her own and made him feel so comfortable. She took him on lots of walks, to the dog park often, and kept him active and happy. Her Bernese is the sweetest and really welcomed Bruno like a brother. I don’t think Bruno wanted to leave lol. He came home happy, well cared for, and loved. I would highly recommend Madison to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their dog:)”

“I cant recommend Erin enough, she is the best! When I got a new puppy I was a bit nervous about finding a sitter to continue with our routine and spend the extra time needed for a puppy, but Erin scheduled a meet & greet to learn all about Skye’s training and get to know us. Skye hit it off right away with Erin and her 2 dogs. I love that she sends updates and photos a couple of times a day so I know that she is having a blast and getting lots of attention while she’s away from home.”

“My dog had a great time at Nicholas & Emily's and I appreciate receiving several pictures and updates every day of his stay. Would definitely recommend their services.”

“Karl has been the biggest blessing! It’s always so nerve-wracking leaving your doggo but it puts me at ease to know he’s in such good hands. Our Golden could barely keep his eyes open once he got home. Thanks again for being so wonderful!”

About: Hi, I’m Tyra! I provide a safe, structured, and attentive home environment where pets are treated like family. I focus on each dog’s comfort, routine, and individual needs to help them feel secure while you’re away. I have hands-on experience caring for both a high-energy Goldendoodle and a small Yorkie, giving me experience with a wide range of sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I pay close attention to behavior, body language, and routine so I can provide care that helps pets feel comfortable and settled in a new environment. In my home, pets receive: • Structured care and supervision • Playtime, enrichment, and safe outdoor breaks • A calm, clean, pet-friendly environment • Regular updates and photos for peace of mind My schedule allows me to provide morning, evening, and weekend care, with plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship outside of work hours. Dogs staying in my home should be comfortable being left alone for a standard workday if boarding occurs on weekdays. For the safety and well-being of all pets in my care, dogs must be able to coexist peacefully with other dogs or be comfortable with slow, structured introductions. Depending on a dog’s individual needs, I may not be the best fit for pets requiring constant supervision or extensive separation accommodations. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, so you can feel confident while you’re away💛 Pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I work full-time during the week, but I make pet care a priority before and after work and throughout the weekends. Dogs in my care receive plenty of attention, exercise, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship outside of work hours. I strive to keep their routines consistent and provide a safe, comfortable environment while their owners are away. Dogs staying in my home should be comfortable being left alone for a standard workday on weekdays. I focus on making pets feel comfortable, safe, and stress-free by maintaining their routine and providing attentive care. Whether a pet is staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs, I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any specific preferences or needs. In my home, pets enjoy a clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of love, attention, playtime, and opportunities to relax. I work full-time during the week, so dogs staying in my home should be comfortable being left alone for a standard workday. Outside of work hours, I prioritize exercise, companionship, enrichment, and maintaining a consistent routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both the pet and the home with respect. I aim to keep routines as normal as possible, provide reliable care, and help pets feel secure while their owners are away. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident and connected throughout their pet’s stay.
