We had a wonderful experience with Kathleen and Matthew. They were thorough during our initial meeting to understand Bingo’s routine and needs, and kept us updated with prompt photos throughout his stay. Ariel is awesome, and our dog is so happy staying with her! We have a Boston Terrier who needs to be around people, he does not do well in a kennel for overnights. Ariel’s home is safe and comfortable for him. He had the best time playing with her dogs and her kids. It’s clear he is very loved and in her care.
I would absolutely recommend and use Erica again. She really stepped up when two days before our trip Stella tore her CCL and required more care than she was originally booked for. Erica sent photos and daily updates. She also took her for stroller walks and administered her meds. I felt very comfortable leaving Stella in her care.
Lisa was incredible with our aging but active 10yo Golden Retriever Zelda. She communicated well right from the start, was open about her style of doggie care and very sweet with Zelda. Clearly a big dog lover! She has a great yard, plenty of toys and sent daily videos/pictures of our dog happily playing. In fact, we've already booked her boarding services again to watch our dog for our next upcoming trip. Very trustworthy and were glad we found her.
