Then, he was very gentle and welcoming upon drop off and it was clear our girl was very comfortable with him right away. He has an excellent energy and was ready with cozy spots, toys and treats for our dog, in addition to what I was bringing over. He asked great clarifying questions and came off as very experienced and knowledgable about dog care. He was a great communicator during our girl's stay, providing daily updates and many pictures which we always greatly appreciate. Then he was really flexible about our pickup window at the end of our stay. Our girl looked so happy, healthy, and rested! Leaving your pup with a new sitter is always tough, but with Ryan it was very very easy. I will be using him again in the future!”
