“As always, Kai and Devon arrived on time and were super communicative once here. They let us know when our diabetic dog was given his insulin. They cleaned and locked up when they were finished, and then let us know when they'd left.”

“Alex is the best! We truly appreciated the photos and updates and felt very secure with Alex’s confident and caring approach. Our home was left in pristine condition and our dogs were content and relaxed! Highly recommend Alex, especially if you have dogs who can be a little slow to warm up to new people.”

“Roxanne is very reliable and took excellent care of Pua while we were away on vacation. Having her staying in the house gave us peace of mind because it was comforting to Pua, we knew meals and meds were administered as prescribed, and also helpful for us to have someone keeping an eye on our home. We loved receiving photos and video of Pua every day from Roxanne. We could relax, knowing that Pua and Roxanne were bonding and keeping to her normal schedule.”

“Ray is awesome. Second time she sat for us. Will continue to try to get her to watch Chloe for as long as she lets us. I do not worry as much about my phone when Ray is around. I know she is in good hands, Absolutely wonderful!”

“When it comes to having someone watch our pup, it’s incredibly stressful because he has some health issues, including taking numerous medications, is very stubborn and still has accidents inside. So, when we leave, we always expect to come home to at least a few dribbles of pee or a few things out of place. Not with Tim though. We came home to an immaculate house, including the wash being done, dishes being cleaned and cleaner floors then when we left. Tim was everything we could’ve hoped for, sent us tons of pictures and spent the whole time with our little guy. He was courteous, kind, respectful and helped eliminate any stresses of being away. He also took our pup on walks numerous times throughout the day and did all his medications perfectly. We’ll use him every chance we get moving forward and anyone would be lucky to have him watch your pets. Thanks a million Tim! Happy New Year!”

“Sarah came through to save the day when another pet sitter cancelled last-minute. When she saw my request, she called me right away to introduce herself and get the details to see if she’d be able to take the job. I’m so happy it worked out because Sarah was the best! She took cuddly care of my elderly cat, sending updates and pics regularly, and keeping me up-to-date on him taking his meds, etc. My cat has allergies and has a lot of boogers—Sarah was kind and understanding to this sweet old snot machine, even while being peppered by sneezes. Thank you SO much!”

About: I’ve been fostering cats for three years and have cared for dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and fish since I was seven. I also volunteer at a cat shelter and have pet-sat casually. I’m experienced with animals of all sizes, temperaments, and needs. I’m always ready to help! I work 6 hours a week as a Krav Maga instructor so I have lots of free time. I am a high school student graduate, going to west Chester university. We have a fenced yard and tons of space for play. Plenty of beds and toys. Pets will be loved, attended, and cared for properly no matter what!

“Lisa is a fantastic pet sitter! She takes wonderful care of our three pups when we are away and leaves the house clean and tidy. So lucky to have found her!”

“Rachel did an amazing job in our home! Sent daily updates and pictures of hazel, took our energetic lab on walks and was very respectful of our home, she left it just as we did when we left for vacation.”

“Taylor saved the day by taking a last-minute booking request (in the middle of having floors replaced in the house). It was chaotic to say the least, but she was very flexible, communicative, and took great care of the dogs. I was given regular updates the whole time.”

“We have been a part of the Rover community for a couple of years now and have never had such an amazing experience as we did with Jessie. There are no words to describe how grateful we are to her. Our dog doesn't do well being alone for an extended period of time and Jessie is the first pet sitter ever, who have understood this and made sure she is with him as much as she can. She was able to tag team with Natalie ( another amazing Rover sitter) to help with Richie while Jessie was at work. Jessie stayed in constant communication withus about everything. She made us feel so at ease and Richie was comfortable, happy and loved while we were away.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands-on experience working with a wide range of cats, dogs, including puppies, seniors, and dogs with medical or behavioral needs. I’m patient, observant, and calm under pressure, which helps me connect with pets and respond to their unique personalities. I’ve worked in pet care settings where attention to detail, time management, and compassion were essential, and I bring that same level of care to every dog I meet. I also understand how important communication is to pet parents, so I always keep them updated with photos and notes to give peace of mind while they're away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I have flexible availability and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m flexible and able to adjust my schedule to meet each pet’s specific needs, whether that means early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening playtime. Since I prioritize pet care, I’m committed to being reliable, punctual, and fully present during every visit or walk. I always prioritize the comfort, safety, and well-being of every pet I care for, whether it's in my home or the client’s. I take time to understand each animal’s routine, personality, and needs by asking detailed questions during the meet and greet. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions closely, including feeding, walking, playtime, and medication if needed. I make sure pets get lots of attention and exercise, and I keep communication open with updates and photos so owners feel reassured. If I’m caring for a pet in my own home, I make sure the environment is safe, clean, and stress-free. I provide a calm space, stick to their usual routine as much as possible, and give them plenty of attention and companionship. I also ensure they’re separated from any other animals unless otherwise approved. 🚭NON-SMOKER🚭

“Kristen was came over to meet my dog and learn his quirks. He’s a big dog and she was very sweet with him. I was nervous leaving him for the first time and then I received a picture from Kristen and it eased my mind immediately. I would definitely ask her back!”

“We were Mason's first Rover job and he did an amazing job. He asked a lot of questions and was very conscientious about taking the best care of our house and our baby, Boo Boo. He also sent us daily pics and updates. We will definitely hire Mason again. I think anyone who books Mason will be very happy with the experience.”

About: When i was you we had always had family dogs starting before i was born. I grew up along many dogs i would call family. While growing up with these dogs i learned to care for them while they were young as-well as care for them when they grew old. I am familiar with the happy days of introducing a new family member and playing with a new puppy to the mournful days of saying goodbye to a great friend. Beyond caring for my own pets i have cared for elderly beagles who seemingly appear on counters to get food i had left out to playing tug of war with the nicest Rottweiler I can handle it. I am a student home for the summer and this is currently my main form of income so you pet is my number one focus I have a fenced in yard and 2 human and dog friendly golden retrievers our yard is large and is partially wooded. I live in a dead end neighborhood that circles a lake that i often walk my own dogs around and let them swim. There is a small stream in the backyard that my own dogs often lie in to cool off.

“Miya did a wonderful job taking care of Farlow. She consistently provided pictures and feedback during her stay.”

“Melanie was a huge help. Having a dog with anxiety it’s hard to know who should care for Blaze. Melanie gave her outside time, treats and rubs and we came home to a very happy dog! ( a first!). It was so nice knowing our pup was well cared for . Melanie communicated well, was on time, answered any questions I had as a new dog parent and understood our dog’s needs. Thank you Melanie! We would love to have her over again.”

“Julia is fantastic. She routinely took our dog on hour plus walks and took great care of him and our cat. I highly recommend her if you need a pet sitter as she is very kind, great with animals and very respectful and responsible. Thanks Julia!”

About: I've been lucky to be in the presence of dogs my whole life. Family and friends ask me to watch their dogs when they go away In the summer, I work part-time from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. I'm looking for something to do with my time from 1-4 after work. In the client's home, I will follow a schedule that they will provide me to do. I'll make sure that they are treated with respect.

About: Growing up our pets were a big part of the families dynamic. At one point we had a dog, 3 cats, a bird, and a lizard (my mom often faltered to my persistent obsession with pets/animals). While I had several dogs growing up, I’ve raised 3 puppies (now full grown ranging in age) living on my own as an adult. I currently have a rambunctious, energetic, incredibly loving Siberian Husky, “Roman” who’s going on 4 years. Prior to Roman I had a Frenchie “Luna,” who was diagnosed with idiopathic (genetic) epilepsy around a year old. Luna required extra attentive care, in addition to several daily medications and emergency medical procedures under dire circumstances. I had Luna while living with a past girlfriend who had a 4 year old Goldendoodle. During Covid my”we found this beautiful English Bulldog “Louie,” that was so cute we ended up bringing him into the family. Over several years I took care of all the dogs as the primary caretaker, and they traveled with us virtually everywhere we could take them. In addition to the dogs I’ve had, I regularly go to dog parks where I’ve become familiar with virtually every breed of dog. Finally, I’ve read several books over the years about dogs which I implement into puppy training/positive reinforcement for my dogs. I’m exceptionally adapt to larger dogs that like to pull/chase things, making me an ideal choice for any size dog. I understand separation anxiety and have dealt with dogs of varying temperaments, I will treat your furry friend with patience, kindness and compassion; respecting any requests you have (or continued training patterns). I pet sit for my boss periodically as well as friends and several repeat clients (who can give you a reference upon request). I’ll keep you updated with pictures/videos, clean sheets, vacuum house, disinfect surfaces and leave if cleaner than you left it (per grooming available upon request). Whether it’s a walk to get some exercise, stimulation smelling things, or keeping up a routine, I will provide you with best service available and treat your day as my own. I genuinely love animals and guarantee your furry friend and I will be best friends in no-time. I graduated from Temple University with a degree in Kinesiology, but have been pursuing a career change with a job Monday-Friday (7am-2pm). I’m fortunate to be friends with my employer who’s incredibly flexible with me leaving (or taking my lunch break) at any time of the day. We often get off early and I also have the ability to go directly to houses instead of leaving from the business (giving me more time in the morning to attend to things). I’m completely free on the weekends and ultimately trying to supplement my time in an efficient manner. My girlfriend looks after Roman while I’m at work, giving me the ability to check-in midday or any requested time for your dog. I’m fully available for walks during periods listed in my availability. As mentioned above, I’m extremely capable of catering to any sized dog with any type of temperament. Whether your dog likes to chase animals, dig holes by the fence, bites the leash or whatever challenge arises I’m capable of handling any situation (and will follow any guidelines or training routines). I will make sure your dog receives attention while you’re away, as I fully understand how separation anxiety often can lower their spirits. I’ll make sure to give them love and attention and ensure they enjoy their time. When pet sitting, regardless of whether there’s a fenced in back -yard or electric fence I will always be outside while your dog is. I will ensure their safety and I’m capable of handling aggressive behavior, “escape artists” as Huskies are often referred to, and I’m open to meeting both you and the dogs prior to visits/stays.
