I also previously worked at a pet hospital, where I helped care for animals and became comfortable handling pets with different personalities, needs, and comfort levels. About: We have a sweet senior dog of our own, Bo, and dogs have been part of our family life for many years. I’m not looking to run a high-volume boarding business — I simply enjoy having dogs around and would love to occasionally welcome one compatible small dog into our home. Our guest would live with us as part of the family, with plenty of attention, affection, walks, and a calm home environment. Because Bo is a senior, I’m especially comfortable with the routines and patience that older dogs sometimes need. I’m deliberately selective and would only take one visiting dog at a time so that everyone is comfortable and gets plenty of individual attention. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so dogs are rarely left alone for long. I already plan my day around my senior dog, Bo, and would simply include one visiting dog in our normal routine of walks, yard time, meals, relaxing at home, and plenty of attention. Jordynn and her Family were Amazing – I really felt like she cared about my dogs and how they were dealing with being in a strange house with strange people. She sent a lot of pictures and messages so we felt very connected. She has an absolutely wonderful backyard that is very large and fully fenced in. She was very responsive to their needs and tolerant of their idiosyncrasies. If my kids were of age I would have her babysit my two legged kids as well as the four legged ones. I love that she is so close and I will be posting her Rover information on our community email list since she is so close to our location. Will 100% look to book with her again next time I need to go out of town. Or need to have someone let my dogs out.
