They're very quick to respond to Rover.com requests & messages, & have a natural affinity for and understanding of dogs. Their black lab mix, Violet, is gorgeous, petite, & well behaved. On our meet 'n greet, I could see Violet would be fine with my two dogs. Melissa & Eric sent cute pics of Shiloh & Moochie on both days they were boarding my dogs. My pups looked relaxed & worry-free. Thank you both for being such patient, careful & thoughtful caretakers of my two lilttle pals!!”

About: I have cared for my own pets (two cats and a dog) for over 8 years and have hands-on experience working in animal shelters. I understand how to build trust and friendships with animals, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and from Tuesday to Thursday I’m available after 5:00 PM to take care of your fur babies. I’m also available on weekends upon request. :) For client homes, I follow the owner’s instructions closely to keep pets in their familiar routine—whether that’s feeding, walking, play, or medication. I focus on making sure each pet feels loved, safe, and well looked after.

He also has a great fenced-in backyard where the dogs can safely play. The best sign of all was that my dog was genuinely excited to see Ben again on a repeat visit. He was immediately comfortable and I know he was in good hands. He chewed some of her personal items and she wasn’t bothered by it. Wendy and her husband clearly care about the dogs they care for. Wendy also sent pictures every day. Maverick didn’t want to leave.”
