I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family had seven dogs and six cats, so caring for pets was a part of my everyday life. From feeding and grooming to playtime, walks, and giving them plenty of love and attention, I learned early on what it takes to help pets feel safe, happy, and cared for. In addition to dogs and cats, I’ve also cared for mice, turtles, and fish, giving me experience with a variety of animals and their unique needs. I’ve always had pets throughout my life, and caring for animals has never felt like a chore, it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I also spend time feeding and observing backyard birds, which reflects my love and appreciation for all kinds of animals. Whether I’m caring for a playful puppy, an independent cat, or another beloved pet, I treat every animal with the same patience, kindness, and attention I’d want for my own.

I have known Alyssa for over twenty years, and I have always trusted her to watch my cats and my dogs. She provides lots of photo updates, and she always keeps me updated on how my pets are doing. I'm very protective of my pups and who I leave them with, and Alyssa is one of the few people I trust to watch them because I know she will treat them as if they are her own fur babies. Alyssa also has lots of experience, too. So, I always feel safe knowing that if anything were to happen, she would know exactly what to do and make the right choice for my pup or kitty. You absolutely won't regret trusting Alyssa with your pets. She is kind, dependable, attentive, and genuinely loves animals. I would trust her with any dog or cat of mine without hesitation, and I can't recommend her enough!
Alyssa loves animals. She has taken care of my pets on numerous occasions and has provided exceptional care, updating me daily with pictures, videos and even an occasional call. She is very conscientious and knowledgeable and takes care of her charge as if they were her own pet which takes the pressure off of me when I’m away. I know I don’t have to worry about my pet’s wellbeing. She has always gone above and beyond. I appreciate her kindness and loving demeanor and she is always my go to. I love this young woman and so do my pets.

Schedule
As a stay-at-home mom, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the time and attention they deserve. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, feedings, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day, and I can easily adjust my routine to meet each pet’s individual needs.

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while maintaining their usual routine as closely as possible. In my home, pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. Although I have an unfenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised, and dogs are always kept safely on a leash. We also have a neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks that are perfect for walks and exercise. If your pet is crate trained or you prefer they be crated when unattended or at bedtime, I’m happy to accommodate that routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their instructions carefully to help pets feel secure in their familiar environment. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, administering basic care, or simply providing companionship, I’ll treat your home and your pets with the same respect and care I would my own.
