About: Hi, I’m Pat! I would be happy to help you with your dog's walks and other needs. I have been a dog lover my whole life, and I grew up taking care of my yellow lab, Bailey. My wife and I have two dogs of our own, including a senior dog. Though I am most experienced in dog care, I am a lover of all animals, and I work in the animal protection movement. I have used Rover in the past as a client for my dog when I was working full time and in night school, and I understand firsthand how important it is to have peace-of-mind that your dog is in trustworthy hands. I am happy to take your dogs on long walks or just check in to make sure they’re OK and give them attention. I will treat your dog as my own and take very good care of them. Please feel to reach out with any questions! I work remotely and have a flexible calendar. I love being outside all time of year and I’m able to design my schedule around my Rover commitments. I provide my two dogs with regular, individualized walks due to their different energy levels and dispositions. About: I've had dogs my entire life and learned from an early age how to care for them and handle them. I've also been recruited by neighbors to walk their dogs, check in on them, and pet sit. I've had a dog that's been in every stage of life (from ten weeks to 14 years) and love/care for them at all ages. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and love all breeds and personalities! I currently work part-time as a server, so weekends tend to busier. I am still willing to do check-ins and walks during the day, but may not have as much availability at night since I usually work dinner shifts, but if I'm available I'd love to spend a non-scheduled day with a dog. I always make sure I have access to the owner by phone, am aware of any medications needed and how to distribute them, and know the reactivity of the dog while on walks (and I have experience with reactive dogs).

About: Animals have been part of my life since I was a baby. My first dog, Mixie (a Japanese Tibetan Spaniel), and I grew up together. She met me at the bus stop every day after school — this was before leash laws — and she was truly my best friend. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do; it’s who I am. All of my pets have been rescues, and each one has been treated as family. I live in Jeffersonville and work Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM in Berwyn, which allows me to provide early morning visits before work and evening visits after work. I am fully available on weekends and can often accommodate requests with just a few hours’ notice. I’m also happy to stay overnight during the week or on weekends when needed. I’m organized and dependable, and I schedule pet visits thoughtfully so every cat receives my full attention — whether that’s feeding, medication, playtime, litter maintenance, or simply companionship and comfort. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the pet’s established routine as closely as possible to minimize stress. I carefully review feeding schedules, medication instructions, litter or potty routines, exercise needs, and any special preferences beforehand. I provide enrichment, playtime, affection (if the pet welcomes it), and detailed updates so owners feel completely at ease while away. I am attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, or bathroom habits and will notify owners immediately if anything seems off. Cleanliness is important to me — I keep litter areas tidy, wipe food areas, and leave your home exactly as I found it. If caring for a pet in my home (if applicable), I provide a calm, safe environment with structured feeding, supervised play, and plenty of attention. I do not overcrowd pets and prioritize comfort and safety at all times. My goal is for your pet to feel secure, loved, and relaxed while you’re away — and for you to feel confident they are in responsible hands.

About: Hello! I am Certified by The American Red Cross for Dog and Cat First Aid. Ensuring proper care, happiness and overall wellbeing of animals; that is what I love doing the most. My 2 dogs are my life (one is 9 years old and the other is 10 months old. I have a lifetime of experience working with domesticated animals as well as farm animals. I have volunteered for numerous animal welfare agencies. I'm extremely responsible and can work with you on short notice.
