I also hold a certification in Canine & Feline CPR/First Aid from Pet Emergency Education. I am highly vigilant of behavioral cues and feel my best when I am around animals. I regularly go for long distance walks and do barbell strength training to ensure I am strong enough to keep your pup safe. I also have experience with kitten care as I raised 2 litters! I am a stay-at-home wife so I am available anytime Monday through Saturday for your pet's needs! I know the Norristown area quite well as to ensure shady, safe walking areas for your pet. I am Canine & Feline CPR/First Aid Certified by Pet Emergency Education. If pet-sitting or overnight stays are needed, I always listen attentively for owner preferences. Any specifications regarding food, medication, bathroom breaks can be ensured. I also have experience providing ear drops and pills to dogs, and bottle feeding for kittens.
“Jacob was extremely detailed and asked questions I hadn’t thought of in order to make sure my girl had the most positive experience! I am extremely pleased with Jacob’s work.”

“Hannah was amazing with Westly! Communication was 10/10 and she went above and beyond to make sure he was warm through intense weather (he’s a Georgia dog, and it snowed). Book her :)”

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life. I’ve had dogs and cats growing up and now own a dog myself. I have many years of experience taking care of animals. Pet care is apart of my everyday life. I have my own dog so she fits into my schedule before and after work and on the weekends! When caring for pets during drop in visits, I do my best to follow their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable, safe, and secure while you’re not there. I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of attention, and the care they need during each visit. For dogs, I offer walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of affection. For cats, I provide feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and a little playtime. I am also comfortable administering medications. I love keeping pet parents updated, so I provide photos and messages after visits so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and well cared for. My goal is to treat every pet as if they were my own and provide reliable, loving care whenever you can’t be there.
“Wonderful!!! I was so happy to find Kathleen on short notice to help me with my beautiful newfoundland Pearl. Kathleen was so nice and took great care of her for drop in visits to go to the bathroom and feed her while I was out of town. So thankful to find her and we look forward to using Kathleen again!”

“Lauren was amazing with my cat Hugo and enjoyed daily care and cuddles with her. Having Lauren Check-in was a comforting and she sent photos to us daily. Thanks again for your help and time with Hugo.”

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was a young teen (around 15 years experience) and have cared for a wide range of animals, including cats, dogs, and small pets like rats, bunnies, hamsters, etc. I have also volunteered at rescues providing animal care, enrichment, and socialization. I have experience with senior pets, sick and medically complex animals, and hospice care for cats and dogs. I’m comfortable supporting pets with special needs, including disabled dogs and cats, and I approach every animal with patience, attentiveness, and compassion. I have two happy cats of my own! My goal is always to provide calm, reliable care so animal friends feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I work about 20–30 hours a week as a counselor, but I have a flexible schedule where I set my own hours. This allows me to build pet care into my daily and weekly routine with ease. I’m available for morning, midday, and evening visits, and I’m able to adjust my schedule to meet the needs of pets and their owners. I prioritize consistency and reliability so pets get care when they need it most. In a client’s home, I focus on making pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. I prioritize care, play, and one-on-one attention, and I take time to understand each pet’s unique needs, routines, and favorite activities. I aim to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible by sticking closely to their normal schedule and incorporating the things they enjoy most.
About: I spent 2 years volunteering at a dog shelter, while doing so I received training on dog handling at different behavior levels. I also professionally walked dogs with a small business for 2 years. I had many clients that I would walk for daily! Pet care fits well into my schedule because I work afternoon and nights, which leaves my mornings open. I’m looking to make the most of my time by helping pet owners with walks, drop ins, and quality care. I treat every clients home with the same respect I would my own. When meeting a new pup, I always take a slow, calm approach to let them get comfortable at their own pace and build trust. I always follow all care instructions. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for!
About: I love playful pups of any size or ones that prefer to lounge around. Whether your pup needs a daily walk, playtime, or overnight stays, I provide lots of love, exercise, and care! I love spending my extra time helping out on weekends or Friday nights, so owners can go out and be sure their pup is well taken care of to enjoy their time away! I provide pet's regular feeding, walking, and sleeping schedule to help them feel at ease while your away. I can give your furry friend plenty of playtime, affection, and supervision throughout the day. I also provide updates and photos to keep you in the loop!

“Very responsive and sent me a picture. Great walker! Zoë was great when I came back despite the long day in the crate for her and only one walk. He didn’t mind that she had a broken toe and cone of shame.”

About: Animals have been part of my life since I was a baby. My first dog, Mixie (a Japanese Tibetan Spaniel), and I grew up together. She met me at the bus stop every day after school — this was before leash laws — and she was truly my best friend. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do; it’s who I am. All of my pets have been rescues, and each one has been treated as family. Over the years I have: • Raised and cared for rescued dogs and cats of all ages • Adopted my Maine Coon, Tigger, at 12 weeks old and cared for her through adulthood (she even traveled with me from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania) • Raised my Maine Coon mix, Abigail, from kittenhood through 16 years of age — attentive to senior care needs as she aged • Lived for 1.5 years in a multi-pet household with: – Chloe, a 3-year-old Pit Bull – Bear, a 14-year-old Pit Bull/Labrador mix (senior care experience) – Maggie, a tuxedo cat (cared for 10 years) – Max, a tabby (cared for 10 years) – Abigail, my Maine Coon mix During that time, I managed vet visits, medications, feeding schedules, litter maintenance, senior care, and daily backyard exercise and enrichment • Raised Brumby at my apartment — he was my emotional support dog and went everywhere with me, including daily trips to the on-site dog park and errands • Loved and cared for bonded rescued kittens Muffin & Cookie I am comfortable with: ✔ Vet appointments ✔ Administering medications ✔ Senior pets and aging care ✔ High-energy dogs (including young Pit Bulls) ✔ Multi-pet households ✔ Feeding routines & special diets ✔ Structured exercise and enrichment I treat every animal with patience, love, and respect. Their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being always come first. If you’re looking for someone responsible, experienced, and truly devoted to animals, I would be honored to care for your pets. 🐾 Reliable 🐾 Trustworthy 🐾 Flexible scheduling Please feel free to message me to discuss your pet’s needs! Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I live in Jeffersonville and work Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM in Berwyn, which allows me to provide early morning visits before work and evening visits after work. I am fully available on weekends and can often accommodate requests with just a few hours’ notice. I’m also happy to stay overnight during the week or on weekends when needed. I’m organized and dependable, and I schedule pet visits thoughtfully so every cat receives my full attention — whether that’s feeding, medication, playtime, litter maintenance, or simply companionship and comfort. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the pet’s established routine as closely as possible to minimize stress. I carefully review feeding schedules, medication instructions, litter or potty routines, exercise needs, and any special preferences beforehand. I provide enrichment, playtime, affection (if the pet welcomes it), and detailed updates so owners feel completely at ease while away. I am attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, or bathroom habits and will notify owners immediately if anything seems off. Cleanliness is important to me — I keep litter areas tidy, wipe food areas, and leave your home exactly as I found it. If caring for a pet in my home (if applicable), I provide a calm, safe environment with structured feeding, supervised play, and plenty of attention. I do not overcrowd pets and prioritize comfort and safety at all times. My goal is for your pet to feel secure, loved, and relaxed while you’re away — and for you to feel confident they are in responsible hands.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Audubon
Allison was wonderful in every way. She took excellent care of our pets and made sure everything was in order at our home while we were away. We have a senior dog with some issues and Allison was compassionate and competent. She was able to take our pet instructions and information about our home and just take care of everything. Allison did not have to contact me wiht lots of questions while I was away which was a plus...I had no worries! She is capable, experienced and has such great judgement. She provided updates and adorable pictures as well. Highly recommend.

Valerie had great communication and follow up. We did a meet and greet prior to her doing her drop in visits. Macaroni liked her, and I thought she was very friendly and clearly a dog person. She provided details of Macaroni during her visit and very cute photos!

We’re so glad we found Tim! He is kind and gentle with our elderly Bouvier. He not only walked her but worked to provide her with stimulation with a puzzle game and treats since her eyesight and hearing are not what they used to be. He was patient as she took slow walks and sniffed to her hearts content. So grateful to have found someone who took such good care of her.

Jasmine saved us…we normally would kennel our dogs but one was not feeeling well and the kennel would not take them. I looked on Rover last minute…never used Rover before and found Jasmine, who lives in the same town center as us. She was willing to come meet our dogs first before we confirmed. She was on time, reliable, professional and very kind. Our two English bulldogs loved her!!! Highly recommend Jasmine and will definitely use her again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
