“Joanna is amazing!!! She took such good care of my two cats while I was overseas. I have a very shy Siamese mix who typically takes awhile to warm up to newcomers and she took to Joanna almost immediately, I’ve never seen her be so affectionate with someone other than me! I think Joanna must be a cat whisperer! She’s incredibly attentive and communicative, and it was so reassuring knowing my girls were in good hands. She made my trip much less stressful! About: I've always had a dog in my life. Since a child we always had a family dog and always have loved them. I now have the best cat ever. For many years I've watched friends pets (and new furry friends made on rover). It's always fun getting to play with them, take them out for long walks, and loving them as if they were my own. Due to my full time job, I'm mostly available Friday and weekends. I know that your pet and I will have a great time together if we get the chance! Thanks! I only work four days a week so I have plenty availability. Whether it’s just a quick day trip or a long weekend getaway I can be available for your pet I always take care of a pet as if it were my own. Some animals have special needs so I always make sure I follow their directions.

About: I have had seven dogs throughout my life and currently have a friendly 7-year-old Beagle. I have also pet-sat dogs for family and friends over the years. Caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities has given me hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playing, and providing plenty of attention and companionship. I understand that every dog has different needs and routines, and I make sure to follow each owner’s instructions carefully. I am patient, responsible, and genuinely love spending time with animals! I currently don’t work and I am home all day so I can be with your dog most of the day and let them out frequently. I have a big fenced yard and like to walk dogs. I care for pets with the same patience, attention, and responsibility that I would want for my own. I make sure they have fresh food and water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive lots of attention and affection. I also follow each pet’s individual routine and any specific instructions from their owner, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, and other needs. In a client’s home, I am respectful of their space and make sure their pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owner is away. I pay close attention to their behavior and well-being and communicate with the owner regularly so they know how their pet is doing. My goal is for every pet to feel happy, comfortable, and loved while in my care.

About: Hello! I am a 25 year old animal caretaker! I have experience working with many breeds of dogs and cats. I specialize in high energy dogs! My family and I have been fostering for a non profit organization since 2015. With fosters the ages of 6 weeks to 14 years old. I have always been an animal lover. For fun my mom and I would go to our local animal shelters to hangout with the beautiful souls! I previously worked for an animal hospital as a kennel attendant I had the best time caring and playing with each visitor we had. About: Since I was young, I’ve loved animals, specifically dogs! I have always had my own dog and have watched many different dogs, large, energetic, and even puppies! For the past 12 years, I've lived with and visited my best bud Zeke at my parent's house. I would love to have a dog of my own in the future, however for now I am hoping and so happy to take care of other's loved ones during the week and on weekends! I'm an active individual and enjoy taking dogs on walks, for car rides and the occasional ice cream or pup cup. However, I am also happy to visit your home multiple times a day and stay with your pet when needed, especially if you are close! I work only 20 minutes away so I would have ample time in the morning and especially in the evening to stop by to feed, toilet, walk and play with your pet! While I welcome “quirky” or challenging dogs, please give me as many details as you can regarding your dog’s behavior and history so I can set them up for a low stress stay.
