About: Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile and consider me as a care taker for your animal while you are away! I have grown up with dogs (and the occasional bird & fishies). For the past 12 years, I've lived with and visited my best bud Zeke at my parent's house. I would love to have a dog of my own in the future, however for now I am hoping and so happy to take care of other's loved ones during the week and on weekends! I'm an active individual and enjoy taking dogs on walks, for car rides and the occasional ice cream or pup cup. I will give your animal all the love that they've come to expect because they certainly deserve it! Please reach out with any questions, and thanks again for thinking of me! :) I currently work full time (9-5) Monday-Friday, however I usually work from home Friday's and am available on weekends for full time pet care. During the week, I am able to visit (feed, walk, take out for bathroom needs) early in the morning (between 5:30 am to 7 am and in the evening (between 6-9 pm) In my current apartment, pets are welcome visitors. However, I am also happy to visit your home multiple times a day and stay with your pet when needed, especially if you are close! I work only 20 minutes away so I would have ample time in the morning and especially in the evening to stop by to feed, toilet, walk and play with your pet! This is especially great if your pet doesn’t do well in a new environment; I am happy to provide them with everything they’d need in a place where they feel the most comfortable!

I wipe paws if needed after walks and make sure pets are comfortable and clean. 🎾 Exercise and Enrichment I play with dogs or cats to keep them active and engaged—walks, toys, fetch, laser pointers, or cuddles depending on what they love. About: Having Labrador Retrievers my whole life has taught me a lot about caring for dogs and keeping up with dogs who never seem to run out of energy. I also help with a local pet care company, where I’ve gained additional hands-on pet care experience. My schedule changes from week to week, but I love spending time with dogs and try to fit in walks whenever I can! Also my husband works from home, so the house is always attended👍 I have been fortunate to have met the most wonderful pet parents who now have been repeat clients for years. A favorite feature is our backyard, located on a one acre property is fenced in and it's as large as a small park, this allows for plenty of healthy exercise and fun play or simply chilling at a favorite spot. I walk the backyard every day to ensure there is no debris that can cause harm to the dogs. Also the yard is kept leveled so that there are no accidents when running. To make sure everyone is well hydrated, fresh clean water is accessible to the dogs every day at all times, inside of the house and in the backyard.

“Roxanne took wonderful care of our 14-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel - both for recent drop-ins and also while we were away for a week this past summer. At his age, with some health issues and being nearly deaf, he is a bit fragile, but Roxanne handles everything like a pro. She is on top of his medication routine and seems very perceptive and flexible to what he needed at different times (snuggles, sleeping, playing, etc). She sends updates and photos, which gives us so much peace of mind. Everytime she takes care of him, we come home to a happy pup who clearly feels safe and comfortable with her. About: I have always cared for animals my whole life. My family loves dogs especially. We have two huskies that we absolutely adore and two smaller ones. I help my family prepare meals and I take each dog on walks about 2-3 times a week. When medication is needed I also help with that as well. My weekly schedule is pretty open and flexible. For my clients, I’ll make sure that their animals are well cared for the whole time and lots of attention is given:) As of now, I am very flexible and open with my schedule. I prefer to do walks anytime during the week from 9 AM to 8 PM, and am open to certain requests on the weekends, depending on the service/time. At my family home, we have a completely fenced in yard. As someone who has dogs that get very excited and territorial with other dogs, I feel that I have the necessary experience to withhold trust with my clients to ensure that their pets stay safe and sound.

About: I have always had a dog in my house, even now. I know it's hard to leave your dogs when heading away. I hope that I can help! I can give medication, take your dog for walks during the evening and weekends and can provide extra love when you are not around. I have had experience with dogs who are not dog friendly with others, so I am able to handle dogs that might not get along, but that doesn't mean the can't have fun throwing the ball or go for walks (I've learned where to find the walks where other dogs won't be).
