“Patty is godsend! She will love (and slightly spoil) your dog like it’s her very own. Patty kept us up-to-date multiple times a day with messages and photos. She cared for our dog the way we would, simply an Angel. Thank you Patty and Vin for opening your home and heart to our Sully!”

“David is clearly such a kind soul who knows and cares a lot about the dogs he works with. My 2 dogs had the pleasure of staying at his home while we went on vacation. He made me feel more than comfortable in his ability to care for my dogs and even asked me a few questions to double check he knew all he needed to know. He was easy to get in touch with, sent me pictures and kept me updated! He was also extremely accommodating with pick up/drop off timing. My dogs came home happy. I would 100% ask David to care for my dogs again. He's great with dogs and quite a pleasure to speak with. 5 Stars!”

“Ryan was fabulous. He made sure Bella was secure in her environment and felt comfortable and loved. He sent us pictures and kept us updated in her progress each day. He was a great dog sitter. He gave her lots of love, attention and exercise.”

“Yuiko was fantastic & gave very regular updates! It was my first time leaving my dog with her but I felt so comfortable knowing my dog was in her care. There were other dogs staying at the place so my dog got great socialization with the other dogs and with her children. I highly recommend her & will use her services again in a heartbeat!”

“We could not be happier with Ulku and Andrew! They watched our 11 month dog for a week- we were very nervous but their constant communication made us feel so much better! They sent us updates each morning and we could really tell our pup was having a great time! Would definitely recommend them and book again in the future!”

“We will definitely be checking for Rebecca’s availability next time we need a dog sitter she was so great with our pup. She sent a lot of updates and pictures and treated Jackie like her own. Thanks again Rebecca!”

“Opal and Ollie had a great boarding experience with Jennifer and her family. I’ve already rebooked with her for their next boarding. I highly recommend Jennifer!”

“Alexandra and family are always wonderful to my baby boy! But this time they go above and beyond! We left for a week. And unfortunately, he ran out of food. Alexandra and family cooked him homemade food, like I did with him! Just exceptional!!!”

About: I have worked in the veterinary field for 4 years as a veterinary assistant. I started pet sitting for my family members and neighbors for their cats and dogs. I’m currently attending the university of Delaware and have class Monday through Friday! I’m most available on Wednesday after 3, Thursdays after 2, and Fridays after 12. Sundays I’m free all day! I am well experienced with dogs and cats of all sizes from my experience working at a vets office. I will gladly play, walk, or just entertain and watch your pet as you deem necessary.
“Danielle is the best for watching our pup! She was so accommodating and is a great person to work with. We are new to Rover and she did a great job at explaining the whole process and made us feel very comfortable. We did a meet and greet before our booking and she made sure to ask us all the important questions about our pup. She made us feel really good about leaving our pup for about two weeks. She gave us updates and pictures which made us feel even better about being away and we know he was safe and happy! We came back and our pup looked so happy. I highly recommend Danielle if you are looking for a sitter and will be booking with her in the future!”

“Emelie took great care of our dog Stanley for his first night away from us. She let us do a meet and greet and was able to answer our questions ahead of the stay. There were a couple of other dogs there which was great for Stanley, who is a very social pup. Her house is set up well for the dogs with a big yard and different rooms inside. We plan to bring Stanley back!”

“Christine was excellent! Stayed in touch, sent pics, asked all the right questions to take care of our spoiled boy! Clearly a dog lover; we won’t hesitate to use her again! Thanks a million and come visit!”

“Laura was absolutely amazing ! She will be cuties sitter going forward. This was my first time using a sitter service and Cuties first time being around someone other than me and my daughter. She was so welcoming. From the moment i came in her home i knew it was the fit. Cutie immediately felt comfortable. She took note of every single he liked and made a home away from home for him. She made she sure send pictures and videos through the day. I literally did not have to worry about his care with him. I am be pleased and so thankful ! I also needed to make last minute extensions for his care because i was in the middle of a move and Laura made it a priority to accommodate.”

“Olly had a great stay with Andrea! I felt super comfortable leaving him with her for our long weekend trip. She was responsive and sent pictures throughout our vacation and kept us updated on how he was doing. Would love for him to come back again!”
“Iyana did an amazing job watching Murphy! She was very thorough with updates, and sent so many pictures😊 She took him on adventures and gave him fun activities. 10/10!”

“Elizabeth took excellent care of Tessa, and sent us plenty of photos during our trip. Would definitely board Tessa again at Elizabeth's place given the opportunity!”

“Felix was great with my dog nova. They made sure she was comfortable with the other animals in the house and stayed in communication throughout my trip. I have so many great photos from their walks and hanging out in the house. Felix is my first choice when I comes to Philly rovers”

“Michael and Loraine took great care of Jax, our Bichpoo. You can tell they have had dogs and are true dog lovers. Jax took to them right away, thanks to their loving manner and welcoming warmth. We’re already booked for our next trip!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Villanova
Emma is fantastic! I cannot rave enough about her! From our first meeting, I knew she was going to be the best person to entrust with the care of my fur babies from the many I interviewed. She was very communicative and provided great photo updates as well. It’s clear that her work with canines is a passion and a calling. Most importantly, my dogs could t wait to get inside on their FIRST visit, and they were very happy and tuckered out upon our return. We definitely hope to book with Emma next time we need care!

George was amazing with my pup. My 5-lb Yorkie is quite anxious, but seemed at ease with George from drop off. I received plenty of pics and updates. My dog was quite relaxed at pickup, and George worked with me as I was a bit early for my pickup window. Would highly recommend - George really does seem like a "dog whisperer". 5 stars!

This was Tyson's second time boarding with Ulke and Andrew and this stay was for 3 weeks. As soon as I pulled up into their driveway, Tyson became very excited. He clearly knew where he was and couldn't wait to get out of the car to see them and their dog, Leo! Ulke and Andrew are both super friendly and incredibly kind. They truly treat Tyson like family, which gives us peace of mind especially during a longer trip. They kept us informed throughout the entire stay with frequent messages and photos. It's such a stress free environment for Tyson, we are so grateful to have found this couple who we trust completely. We highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
