About: I’ve grown up taking care of two Labradors and French Bulldog! I have experience with providing walks, meals, and medications to puppies and senior dogs Currently a half-day Villanova senior, so I am around most afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends. After 2pm is ideal, with the exception of Wednesday nights I have a quiet, pet-safe apartment (no access to candles, flowers, sharp objects). I would be happy to set up a crate, food and water bowls, or pet beds.

About: We have a sweet senior dog of our own, Bo, and dogs have been part of our family life for many years. I’m not looking to run a high-volume boarding business — I simply enjoy having dogs around and would love to occasionally welcome one compatible small dog into our home. Our guest would live with us as part of the family, with plenty of attention, affection, walks, and a calm home environment. Because Bo is a senior, I’m especially comfortable with the routines and patience that older dogs sometimes need. I’m deliberately selective and would only take one visiting dog at a time so that everyone is comfortable and gets plenty of individual attention. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so dogs are rarely left alone for long. I already plan my day around my senior dog, Bo, and would simply include one visiting dog in our normal routine of walks, yard time, meals, relaxing at home, and plenty of attention. I am the sole caretaker for Rover bookings. I have a quiet home with a fenced yard and only accept one small visiting dog at a time. My own dog, Bo, is a senior, so a meet-and-greet is important to make sure the dogs are comfortable together. Visiting dogs stay in my home as part of the household, and I personally handle their feeding, walking, medication, and sleeping routines as closely as possible. I’ve had my own cat for the past four years, so I understand how important it is for your pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m attentive to each pet’s routine, from timely feedings and potty breaks (for dogs) to keeping litter boxes fresh and water bowls full. Ben is a wonderful neighbor of ours and incredibly reliable! He has two other dogs who are the sweetest, most gentle dogs and absolutely love playing with other dogs. It has been so helpful for socialization, and they have a great backyard where the dogs can get plenty of exercise and playtime. Ben communicates consistently, is always on time, and genuinely cares for animals. We are so grateful for him and highly recommend him!
Emma was fantastic with our 5 month old puppy, Tatum. Tatum typically follows me everywhere when we are at home. This was the first time leaving her somewhere so I was a little nervous about how she would do. When I went to pick Tatum up I thought she would be so excited to see me and I picked her up but she was itching to get down and play more with Tofu (Emma’s dog). 😂 I could tell she had a great time. Highly recommend!
Spud spent one night at Thalita's, while we were at a concert. I knew he was in good hands, especially after spending a week with her earlier in the summer. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to leave a review for that stay. Spud always seems so happy staying with Thalita and her family. He is on vacation too!
I would absolutely recommend and use Erica again. She really stepped up when two days before our trip Stella tore her CCL and required more care than she was originally booked for. Erica sent photos and daily updates. She also took her for stroller walks and administered her meds. I felt very comfortable leaving Stella in her care.
George was amazing with my pup. My 5-lb Yorkie is quite anxious, but seemed at ease with George from drop off. I received plenty of pics and updates. My dog was quite relaxed at pickup, and George worked with me as I was a bit early for my pickup window. Would highly recommend - George really does seem like a "dog whisperer". 5 stars!
