About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family had seven dogs and six cats, so caring for pets was a part of my everyday life. From feeding and grooming to playtime, walks, and giving them plenty of love and attention, I learned early on what it takes to help pets feel safe, happy, and cared for. In addition to dogs and cats, I’ve also cared for mice, turtles, and fish, giving me experience with a variety of animals and their unique needs. I’ve always had pets throughout my life, and caring for animals has never felt like a chore, it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I also spend time feeding and observing backyard birds, which reflects my love and appreciation for all kinds of animals. Whether I’m caring for a playful puppy, an independent cat, or another beloved pet, I treat every animal with the same patience, kindness, and attention I’d want for my own. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the time and attention they deserve. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, feedings, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day, and I can easily adjust my routine to meet each pet’s individual needs. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while maintaining their usual routine as closely as possible. In my home, pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. Although I have an unfenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised, and dogs are always kept safely on a leash. We also have a neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks that are perfect for walks and exercise. If your pet is crate trained or you prefer they be crated when unattended or at bedtime, I’m happy to accommodate that routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their instructions carefully to help pets feel secure in their familiar environment. About: I’ve grown up taking care of two Labradors and French Bulldog! I have experience with providing walks, meals, and medications to puppies and senior dogs Currently a half-day Villanova senior, so I am around most afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends. After 2pm is ideal, with the exception of Wednesday nights I have a quiet, pet-safe apartment (no access to candles, flowers, sharp objects). I would be happy to set up a crate, food and water bowls, or pet beds.

About: I’ve had dogs for over 15 years and have always been very hands on with their care. I raised my Yorkie and Dachshund from puppies and cared for them throughout their entire lives. I’ve also watched other dogs, including Corgis, Maltese, and Beagles, and I’m most comfortable with small to medium sized dogs. My two dogs recently passed away after long, happy lives, and I’m not quite ready to have another dog of my own yet. I have always been an animal lover and genuinely love being around animals. I honestly can’t imagine my life without having an animal around, so caring for other people’s pets feels like a wonderful way for me to still have that companionship while giving their families peace of mind. I’m especially comfortable with senior dogs because I cared for my own senior dog through lymphoma, heart disease, kidney disease, and seizures. I’m used to the extra attention, patience, and observation they may need, and I’m comfortable giving medications, injections, or medication with food when needed. Most of all, I truly enjoy caring for animals and getting to know their individual personalities and routines. I know how much pets mean to their families, so when I watch someone’s pet, I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and at home, not like they are simply being boarded somewhere. I work from home three days a week, so I’m around the house most of the time. On the days I do go into work, my office is only about a 15 minute drive away and my schedule is flexible, so I can come home when needed. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine and will do my best to keep the same feeding, potty, walking, and medication schedule they’re used to at home. I want your pet’s stay to feel as normal and comfortable as possible. Safety is always my top priority. I have a fenced backyard, so dogs can have safe outdoor time without being loose or unattended. Having recently cared for a senior dog with several health issues, I’m very used to paying attention to small changes in a dog’s behavior, appetite, energy, bathroom habits, or anything else that seems different. If I notice something unusual, I’ll let you know rather than assuming it’s nothing. My own dogs recently passed away, so when your dog stays with me, they are the only pet in the house. I’m also very careful about keeping things out of reach. My Dachshund was always somehow able to find things he was not supposed to eat, so I became very used to keeping food, small objects, and anything potentially unsafe put away.

Emma was fantastic with our 5 month old puppy, Tatum. Tatum typically follows me everywhere when we are at home. This was the first time leaving her somewhere so I was a little nervous about how she would do. When I went to pick Tatum up I thought she would be so excited to see me and I picked her up but she was itching to get down and play more with Tofu (Emma’s dog). 😂 I could tell she had a great time. Highly recommend!

Ben and Julie’s place is firmly our dog Soda’s home away from home. Their whole family, humans and dogs alike make her feel so welcome and at ease. And they are too kind when it comes to our girls’ quirk of getting in the car or schedule changes. I feel so lucky simply to have met their incredible family and thrilled to know we have a wonderful way for Soda to be happy when we go away. They are simply the best!
Spud spent one night at Thalita's, while we were at a concert. I knew he was in good hands, especially after spending a week with her earlier in the summer. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to leave a review for that stay. Spud always seems so happy staying with Thalita and her family. He is on vacation too!
Mariah and her family were an amazing and very thoughtful sitters who took great care of my senior, anxious pup. Oreo loved her experience and Mariah kept us updated throughout the day which was very helpful. I would recommend her and would have her watch my dog again!
Rachel is the absolute BEST. Our dog loves her. She sends incredible updates and she is so kind. Our pup had a bellyache going into a 10 day trip overseas and I was very stressed about leaving him. I would absolutely recommend and use Erica again. She really stepped up when two days before our trip Stella tore her CCL and required more care than she was originally booked for.
