I grew up with dogs. When I was 18 I co-adopted two pitbulls who lived out their lives with me. After college, I volunteered for Monster Milers taking shelter dogs from Street Tails Animal Rescue out for runs to help them burn energy and become more adoptable. My wife and I have adopted three times. A fawn pug who lived until 9 years old, a black pug who lived until 17 years old, and a Alaskan Malamute/Husky/Amstaff mix (107lbs) that lived until he was 13 and we recently lost. I'm good with all furry friends big and small and adjust my approach based on the dogs energy.

Joe was amazing!! He went above and beyond for our senior Newfoundland dog while I was away. He was friendly, professional and connected right away with our big guy. Joe provided wonderful communication, including pictures, and I cannot recommend him enough. A++ service from a really great guy!
We had a wonderful experience with Joseph! He provided daily updates about feeding, walking, and giving medication. Cute photos were also sent, which we greatly appreciated. Drop off and pick up were very smooth. Our pooch came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. We would definitely book again with Joseph!

Schedule
I currently have a ton of flexibility outside of my kids to help with your pups, but generally, I'm home a lot and very active so lots of room to get your pup out for long walks and exercise/stimulation.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have a fenced in yard, and always keep my dogs on leashes until they were absolutely ready to listen solely to my commands. I use a gentle leader that helps minimize impact on their throat and also is very effective with pulling, but can be flexible to your sitch.
A typical day
Lots of exercise and stimulation. Long walks around my neighborhood where there’s lots of new smells, also have access to a ton of local parks most notably Valley Forge.
