Because of this we couldn't do a proper meeting but she made me feel at ease which is hard in itself. She was so good with my somewhat anxious & animal reactive pup. He's a tough critic but warmed up to her. He got so excited to see her every day which shows how kind she was to him. I don't trust many people with Major but she will be our first call if & when we need her services. She was great to communicate with which I really appreciate.
