About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and am also comfortable caring for cats. I’ve provided pet care for neighbors and have experience managing different personalities and energy levels. What sets me apart is my hands-on experience working at a veterinary hospital and a zoo, where I learned safe handling, how to recognize signs of stress or illness, and how to maintain proper care routines. I’m patient, attentive, and adaptable, and I’m especially comfortable with active dogs as well as providing gentle care for younger or more sensitive pets. I am also quite the green-thumb if you need your plants watered!🌸🪴🌼🌱🌻 My schedule is very open and flexible, which allows me to easily accommodate pet care throughout the day and week. I’m available for morning, midday, evening, and weekend visits, and I can adjust my routine to meet each pet’s specific needs, including walks, feeding times, and check-ins. I prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment in my client’s home. I am very attentive and detail-oriented, and I carefully follow each pet’s routine, including feeding, walks, and any special instructions. I ensure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure and supervise pets closely during play. I pay close attention to behavior and can recognize signs of stress or illness. In a client’s home, I respect their space and keep routines consistent to help pets feel comfortable and safe.

About: Hello! I work from home and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to play and spend time with all my pup friends. Also, my wife is a stay-at home mom which means your pup(s) will have 24/7 companionship. Throughout the years I have been fortunate to have met great pet parents who have now become regular clients. I understand how difficult it is to find reliable and trustworthy pet care and I am happy to help out! Currently, I am boarding small & medium size dogs up (to 35 lbs) and will accept more than one dog, (up to 3), if they are from the same family. Your pet will be treated like family and will have access to a very large, fenced in backyard, so your dog(s) will never feel confined and will have plenty of room to exercise, play & explore or simply chill under a tree. Also, the entire property has surveillance cameras, so everyone is well protected. I have three super friendly small/medium size dogs that have been very well socialized and are always SO happy to welcome a new play pal! A 'meet & greet' will ensure we are a good fit:) Photos and or videos will be provided to you every day. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Looking forward to meeting you & your pet(s)! Thanks, Mike I work from home and have schedule flexibility to attend to your pet(s) every need. Also my wife is a stay at home mom, this means companionship 24/7 I am available on weekdays and weekends. Please reach out for specific requests. At home, my pets receive excellent care. Additionally, the entire property is video monitored, providing an additional layer of safety.
“Kaitlin really came through for me not only this week — where she walked my dog 3x a day— but even more recently for a midday walk at the last minute. For my planned week away, my flight home was canceled and I needed her to walk the dog at night, although we hadn’t planned for that. It felt really good knowing that my dog was in good hands and that he would be able to get some exercise and relieve himself when I couldn’t be there. He gets super excited about his walks and tends to pull a lot in the beginning, until he calms down, and she was able to handle him. He also takes medicine regularly so she was really good with giving it to him in alternative ways. It’s a blessing to be able to leave your pet in the care of someone when they can’t be with you. You need to have confidence in and be comfortable with that person and Kaitlin made me feel both of those things. She is now my go-to dog walker.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Wayne
We had a great experience with our dog walker, Morgan. She was consistently on time, which we really appreciated, and always communicated clearly and promptly, keeping us updated and giving us peace of mind. Most importantly, Morgan took excellent care of our dog and treated them with genuine attention and kindness. She truly went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and caring pet care.

Ashley walks our puppy a few times a week and is consistent, reliable and communicative. We welcomed a rescue puppy into our home unexpectedly and were fortunate Ashley was able to help us right away. On a personal level, Ashley is a sweet and caring person and gained our immediate trust.

I never had the opportunity to meet Allison because she doesn't do first time meetings with the dog or owner, but the person who was staying at our house said she was lovely, and our dog seemed happy. She sent notes and pictures, which was nice. I only wish I had been able to meet her.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
