Meera can care for
Availability
I’m currently taking online classes, which means I’m home and available most of the day for walks, playtime, and feeding! My flexible schedule allows me to give pets lots of attention and stick closely to their routine. Whether your pet needs midday check-ins, morning strolls, or evening cuddles, I can be there when they need me most.

Safety, trust & environment
I recognise that it takes a big amount of trust to let someone into your home and care for your most beloved family members. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. As a veterinary assistant, I’m trained to notice subtle changes in behavior and health, and I take every precaution to keep pets safe and stress-free. Whether I’m in your home or caring for pets in mine, I follow their usual routines closely and make sure they feel secure and loved. I keep a calm, clean environment, pay close attention to dietary needs, and follow all instructions carefully—whether that’s administering medication, managing leash walks, or keeping pets separated when needed. I treat every pet like they’re my own and every home with the same respect I’d want for mine.
Information Meera W. would like to know about your pet
I always want to give your pet the best care possible, so it helps to know about their routine, personality, medical needs, and any quirks—like if they’re shy, have separation anxiety, or don’t get along with other animals. I also like to know what makes them happiest (favorite toys, walking spots, treats, etc.) and anything you'd like me to avoid.
A typical day
A typical day includes plenty of play, fresh air, and snuggles! I tailor activities to each pet’s energy level and personality—whether that means long walks, runs, games of fetch, gentle brushing, or just relaxing together. I love keeping pets mentally and physically engaged, so I mix in enrichment like treat puzzles, basic training, or new sniff spots on walks. Most importantly, I make sure your pet feels loved, safe, and part of the family while you’re away.

Pets Loved by a Future Vet
Pet care experience
As a future vet, I love all pets! I have 5 years of hands-on pet care experience and have worked as an ICU veterinary assistant, so I am well-versed in the care for all kinds of pets, from puppies and kittens to more senior pets. I’ve also fostered dogs in the past, so I’m experienced in helping pets feel safe and settled with new people. I'm comfortable with medication administration, special dietary needs, and recognizing early signs of discomfort or illness—skills that I hope give pet parents peace of mind. Whether your pet needs energetic playtime, a slow-paced walk, or just a cosy companion, I tailor my care to fit their unique personality and needs, treating them as if they were my own. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away.
Reviews

Meera was fantastic and the best dog sitter we have ever had, by far. She made sure our dog’s needs were all met and gave her so much love and companionship during our time away. She was prompt, responsible and provided multiple check in photos a day and constant updates. Highly recommend!

Meera is so caring and considerate! She takes good care of my cat, keeps everything neat and clean, and is very responsive! I am very appreciating to have her taking care of my cat!
