“HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Sophia is a very dependable, professional, pet sitter- she ensures each of my pets are given attention and love during visits. She has so much knowledge and experience with all types of animals- I felt at ease leaving my fur babies in her capable hands.”

“Bri took wonderful care of our cats and garden while we were away for the weekend, and it was reassuring to know they were in such good hands. She fed them, played, and gave medicine which was so crucial. Thank you so much!”

“Brianna is everything you want in someone to care for your fur babies. On incredibly short notice she came for a meet and greet staying much longer than anyone could expect, but she clearly wanted our pup to be comfortable with her. It is clear in every interaction that she wants what is best for the animals in her care.”

“Zoe was lovely when we met to go over my cat's instructions. She was very understanding that my cat is extremely shy. She checked on her without trying to force interaction. She was also kind enough to feed my Betta fish. It was also very convenient that she lives in my same apartment complex so I didn't have to worry about her being able to get there during inclement weather.”

“Ella was fantastic!! Loved getting to see a pic of our girls every day, quick to respond, and she was always on time ❤️ would have her watch our girls again in a heartbeat!”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life so I’m very familiar with the care and attention they need everyday. I’ve been professionally dog sitting for two years now and have experience with both younger and older dogs. I like to think that I’m giving your dog a little vacation of their own while you’re away, and will do my very best to help them feel cared for and secure during that time. I work from home so I have a pretty flexible schedule during the week! I’m happy to walk/tend to your dog during the week for short periods of time. I have more time on the weekends to dog sit as needed! I’m also available for shorter house sitting stays, ideally 2–3 nights. I’ll care for your dog(s) like I would my own while looking after them. I’m very tentative and look/listen for their signals to know if they need to go out or just want some attention. I always make sure if there’s been a mess to clean it right away and cover/block off the area for a bit so your pet won’t try to lick up any chemicals. I also make sure that their collar/leash is on securely before taking them out for a walk to prevent any incidents from occurring.

“I am so happy that I chose Grace to take care of Puck. He is 14, blind and quite shy, used to being with just me. I could tell from the pictures that Grace made friends quickly with him and provided lots of cuddles and “pets”. I will definitely book her again as she is a 10 out of 10!! Thanks Grace.”

I am off on the weekends & enjoy walking, taking dogs to parks, playing & snuggling! I have experience with all breeds & sizes. I have a friendly male dog that enjoys playing with all dogs & is very social. He is extremely spoiled. We go on walks daily, do daily enrichment along with constant playing.
“Natalie is the kind of caregiver who goes above and beyond to ensure your furry ones get all the care and attention they deserve. She did a great job taking care of our two wonderful labs while we were away. We highly recommend her for any short term or long term services you may be looking for.”

“Mazi was amazing ! Her communication was on point ! And our dog and cat loved her. She provided us with great pictures and a left a very detailed note of how the visit went. I would definitely recommend and I will be booking with her again in the future!”

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life. I’ve had dogs and cats growing up and now own a dog myself. I have many years of experience taking care of animals. Pet care is apart of my everyday life. I have my own dog so she fits into my schedule before and after work and on the weekends! When caring for pets during drop in visits, I do my best to follow their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable, safe, and secure while you’re not there. I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of attention, and the care they need during each visit. For dogs, I offer walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of affection. For cats, I provide feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and a little playtime. I am also comfortable administering medications. I love keeping pet parents updated, so I provide photos and messages after visits so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and well cared for. My goal is to treat every pet as if they were my own and provide reliable, loving care whenever you can’t be there.
About: I have been responsible for and nurturing pets ever since I was in elementary school. After gaining experience as a pet sitter, I landed a job at a family-owned pet store that specialized in upscale food and supplies. In my 13 years managing the store, I had the pleasure of interacting with countless animals and their humans, helping them find the perfect food, treats, toys, and training tools to ensure their overall health and contentment. Odds are, I'll remember your pet's name before yours! I will provide whatever hours you need for the safety and comfort of your pets, and your peace of mind. My daytime work allows for flexible scheduling, especially earlier in the week. I'm known for pets feeling immediately comfortable around me, because I insist on meeting them on their terms, not mine. I build on that trust and bond with animals quickly. I'll do everything possible to gain and foster that trust.
About: We used to have two fluffy bichon frises for over 10 years. Currently we don’t have any animal pals of our own and miss the company. I work from home and can give your best friend some good walks, some belly rubs and cuddles on demand. At least 2 walks a day and plenty of playtime included. I live in a townhouse community with many other dogs. There is a large common area and lots of grass to explore during walks. There are not pets in my home and can crate dog, if needed
“Dana took care of my dog Fiona for the second time this year and she did an excellent job. She communicated with my during each visit and sent me the cutest pictures! I highly recommend Dana!”

About: I have three families in the area that I dog sit for, each a few times a year. I once flew across the country to dog and cat sit for a friend in Colorado and loved every second of it! I grew up with a yellow lab and I’ve had four cats throughout my life. Looking to adopt a dog in the future! I recently lost my job and while I’m searching for employment I thought I’d make some extra doing what I love! I’m in the Phoenixville area Monday-Thursday and then I’m typically in the city with my partner Friday-Monday. This schedule is flexible :) just let me know what you’re looking for and we can probably make it work! I thoroughly follow directions when I’m in someone else’s home! I value honesty and transparency so you can rest assured that if I commit to something, I’ll follow through with it!
“Nathan was fantastic! He helped me with a super last minute visit very late at night, nonetheless on Christmas, after my other cat sitter was unresponsive and then a no-show. He was very communicative and took great care of my buddy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for peace of mind when they are away. Thanks again Nathan!”

Makinzie was amazing!! She was able to help us last minute which was extremely helpful. She sent lots of photos and her communication was great. She even went out of her way to clean up after our dogs and bring a package in for us. Definitely will be using her again!

We had a phenomenal experience working with Sequoia. From the moment we first reached out, her communication was on point. She kept us updated throughout our trip and was always responsive. It felt like talking to a trusted friend. Our dog is older with some special needs, and Sequoia was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand what our bb needed, always put her best interests first, and handled every situation with kindness and compassion. Knowing our girl was in such capable and caring hands allowed us to truly enjoy our time away. We are so grateful for the exceptional care Sequoia provided and would book with her again in a heartbeat. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like family.

Dan is simply the best!!! Dan has been consistent, reliable and more importantly kind and caring. Rosie loves when Dan comes to visit her. She happily shows off all the tricks he has been working on with her. If you are wondering who will care for your dog as if they were their own then Dan is your man.

Lindsay takes such great care of my pup! She is very communicative, so kind, and my dog loves her! Even with my dog having some stomach issues, Lindsay kept us in the loop at every visit, sending pictures and asking questions. I can’t recommend Lindsay enough!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
