“Kayleigh did a great job of caring for my kitty while I was gone. She communicated really well after every visit, which was reassuring. She followed through on all instructions and left my house and kitty in excellent shape. Thanks Kayleigh!”

About: I have had several dogs and cats in my adult life. I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats and one ferret. I am working with a dog trainer to assist my dogs getting along with my new rescue. I currently have a full time job from 8-4 in West Chester. I can come on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Fridays, and weekends any time. I will stick to your schedule best I can. I will come and take the dogs for a walk, play and snuggle time. I will scoop poop in the yard. I will change the litter box and not force the cats to snuggle. If they want it, they can.
“Lindsay was AMAZING! It was my first time using Rover or leaving my dog! She was extremely communicative, shared so many pictures, and quick to respond. I will definitely be booking with her again! My pup was in great hands - highly recommend her :)”

“Lauren was amazing with my cat Hugo and enjoyed daily care and cuddles with her. Having Lauren Check-in was a comforting and she sent photos to us daily. Thanks again for your help and time with Hugo.”

“Mikayla was amazing! You can tell that she really cares for your pets and pay a lot of attention to all details. If you want your pets to be taken care, she’s your girl, definitely will book her again.”

“Margaret took some time to get to know our shy 4 month old Aussiedoodle puppy and friendly 9 year old Labradoodle. She was very thorough and showed her knowledge of dog behavior in the questions that she asked and answered. Margaret was also very patient and helpful with us humans in figuring out all we needed for the app and setting up reoccurring visits. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for pet care.”

“Ally took wonderful care of our two kitties. She is super communicative and provided detailed updates each day. She went above and beyond - taking lots of pictures and cleaning up after our kitties. We would highly recommend her!”

“Makinzie was amazing!! She was able to help us last minute which was extremely helpful. She sent lots of photos and her communication was great. She even went out of her way to clean up after our dogs and bring a package in for us. Definitely will be using her again!”

“Dan had been a godsend. He has come consistently since august. This has put my mind at ease during the day knowing Rosie is well cared for. He is timely and always provides great updates and photos from what went on during the visit. He also goes above and beyond in my book to help me reinforce commands and tricks that my puppy is learning. Rosie is happy getting in her crate knowing she will see Dan mid day. She is also happy in her crate when I come home knowing that we picked the best person to take care of her during the day. I cant recommend Dan enough (just don't take my time slot if you choose to hire him, which you absolutely should).”

“Sequoia was fantastic and took the time to play with each of our two cats along with making sure they were fed and had water while we were away. Even managed to get our moodier cat to run around and play. Gave us great peace of mind. Highly recommended!”

“Zoe was wonderful taking care of our two cats. One of them loves to play and Zoe made good use of the laser pointer. Each day Zoe would send pictures. It was awesome knowing the babies were so well taken care of while we were away!! :)”

“Bri took wonderful care of our cats and garden while we were away for the weekend, and it was reassuring to know they were in such good hands. She fed them, played, and gave medicine which was so crucial. Thank you so much!”

About: I am incredibly observant and mindful of pets ways of communicating. There are times they tell us something but can be easily missed if not watching for it. I have grown that skill over the years making me a great match with animals of all personalities. I don’t work Friday-Sunday so those days are relatively free! I am someone who makes it work so really just chatting through times is easiest. In my home it would be walk and activity focused as I am in an apartment- and I am easily adaptable for any of your pets needs.
About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life. I’ve had dogs and cats growing up and now own a dog myself. I have many years of experience taking care of animals. Pet care is apart of my everyday life. I have my own dog so she fits into my schedule before and after work and on the weekends! When caring for pets during drop in visits, I do my best to follow their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable, safe, and secure while you’re not there. I make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of attention, and the care they need during each visit. For dogs, I offer walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of affection. For cats, I provide feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and a little playtime. I am also comfortable administering medications. I love keeping pet parents updated, so I provide photos and messages after visits so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and well cared for. My goal is to treat every pet as if they were my own and provide reliable, loving care whenever you can’t be there.
“Tina is amazing! Our dogs loved her at the meet and greet! It is so nice to travel knowing your dogs are well cared for. She went above and beyond to make the dogs happy! The big bonus she pooper scooped the yard Thanks Tina you rock!”
About: Hi there! My name is Jetzy and dogs have always been such an important part of my life growing up and I have cared for them with all the love possible. Right now, I have my own 6 year old miniature Schnauzer named Mr. Peanutbutter (Mister for short) whose stubborn, easy-going, has a great mustache, and lives up to all those other Schnauzer stereotypes! I also have Captain Falcon (aka Capy) who is my 2 year old Husky/Lab Mix that loves to jump around and give lots of licks. Captain still has that puppy energy and playfulness that some dogs really enjoy. We love going on long walks and playing fetch at the park. I am available for doggy daycare or boarding in my home with both my pups. I am a stay at home mom so I'm virtually available anytime. Also, my husband works from home 3x a week so he will be there to help and keep all the dogs company. Just let me know what you need and I will try to accommodate you! At my home, we have a fully fenced yard for your dog to have outdoor space to run around safely. We like to be outside so I also try to take the dogs on alwalks with at least one extra, long walk to get all the energy out. Both my dogs are well-trained, friendly off-leash, and easy-going most of the day (minus Captain's nighttime zoomies). Please let me know how your pup is on the leash or if certain toys/foods need to be avoided. While they probably won’t ever interact together, please note I do have a 2 month baby in the house so your dog must be kid friendly! I am a stay at home mom so right now, I am available virtually anytime. I already have 2 dogs myself so your pup will easily fit into our daily routine. My home has a fully fenced yard that is mainly used for the dogs to run around and play in. Captain and Mister sleep in the bedroom with us. Your pup is free to be where they want but please bring your own bed/crate if that is needed at night.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Phoenixville
Lindsay was phenomenal. Super friendly and down-to-earth and was happy to help me out with a few home items like watering the plants and constantly rescuing my silly robo-vacuum. She leaves the funniest messages on the Rover cards and took amazing candid photos of my two cats. Both of my cats have asthma, and she stepped up to the challenge of administering the inhaler. Would 10/10 recommend booking with Lindsay!

Rebecca was wonderful with our cats as always. She sent photo updates, gave them plenty of attention, and was very careful when coming in and out so they stayed safe inside. It gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. We would definitely book her again!

Christine was a total vacation saver! We had no family avalable to watch our cats, because most of them were coming on the vacation with us! It was such a relief to meet Christine and know that our two cats, Betty and Shadow, were in exceptionally good hands. Both of them were so happy to see us when we got back! The photos we received each day showed exceedingly happy cats, that very quickly warmed up to Christine! The only hiccup was with the alarm system, but that’s on us. We provided a disarm code, but we could have demonstrated how to disarm and re-arm the system during our meet and greet. We would absolutely rebook with Christine!

Julia did a great job watching our cat, Penny, while we were away. She was very professional and responsive and it’s clear she cares a lot about animals. She sent us lots of pictures and updates throughout the week and it gave us peace of mind knowing Penny was safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. We’re so grateful and would absolutely recommend Julia to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and attentive pet sitter.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Phoenixville. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
