About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was a young teen (around 15 years experience) and have cared for a wide range of animals, including cats, dogs, and small pets like rats, bunnies, hamsters, etc. I have also volunteered at rescues providing animal care, enrichment, and socialization. About: Animals have been part of my life since I was a baby. My first dog, Mixie (a Japanese Tibetan Spaniel), and I grew up together. She met me at the bus stop every day after school — this was before leash laws — and she was truly my best friend. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do; it’s who I am. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
