“Our dog Poncho stayed with Chonlada for a week while we were on vacation and we could not take him with us. She was very flexible and agreeable to a meet & greet beforehand. Poncho and her dog Tokie were similar in size, age, and activity level so they seemed to get along great. She has a large fenced property for the dogs to explore and run around. I got daily updates as well as pictures and videos of Poncho, which made my family and I feel better about leaving him. Chonlada and her family took great care of Poncho (spoiled him...lol) and made sure he ate his meals and slept comfortably. They also comforted him during a thunder storm, which he does not like. Chonlada even contacted me when she noticed that Poncho was licking his paws and had a small abrasion, which she treated and monitored. Thanks so much to Chonlada and her family and I would definitely recommend her for boarding and will use again when needed.”

About: I’ve grown up taking care of two Labradors and French Bulldog! I have experience with providing walks, meals, and medications to puppies and senior dogs Currently a half-day Villanova senior, so I am around most afternoons and evenings, as well as weekends. After 2pm is ideal, with the exception of Wednesday nights I have a quiet, pet-safe apartment (no access to candles, flowers, sharp objects). I would be happy to set up a crate, food and water bowls, or pet beds.

We are from out of state and were a little nervous to leave Belle, but Chonlada made it such a great experience and took wonderful care of our pup. She even sent Belle home with a parting gift and her daughters drew a beautiful pic of Belle! I would certainly trust Chonlada with any dog!”

About: My name is Sophia and I have loved animals since I was little. I have 3 fur babies myself! Brandy, Bourbon and Whisky (my little bar cart if you will). I also have a rabbit named Toast and all 4 of them are the light of my life. Every morning I wake up and they greet me with kisses and demands for pets. Of course I always give in. I have a bachelors in large animal sciences, have volunteered at forgotten cats for years, and have worked in emergency, oncology and dermatology departments. Currently I work at another veterinary clinic that helps dogs and cats get quick emergency care for more minor issues like ear infections. With all my past experience your fluffy ones will be in good hands! Since I work during week days and sometimes weekends, I would try to be back with your pet(s) as much as possible! (I work a total of 4 days a week and my schedule can be random since I’m in veterinary emergency). Weekdays I work 3pm -11pm and weekends I would work 10am-8pm. Any other time would be spent taking your pet on walks, brushing out their fur, giving them treats and all the attention they deserve! I can stay with/walk pets before work on weekdays. Weekends I would be unable to walk them unless you are okay with my hours and I am doing overnight or long term pet sitting. I would take your dogs for walks or let them out into the yard as much as possible. I will follow instructions left by you and make sure to give many updates and pictures! I believe pictures are the best way to feel comfortable with your pets care while also getting those cute pet moments while your away!
About: Throughout my life i’ve grown up with dogs and later in life with cats. I have also worked at boarding places here and there and currently work as a veterinary assistant at a clinic. Currently I am working full time at the clinic T-F 8-6. I will sometimes work a Saturday job seasonly but that won’t start until around spring. About: I am incredibly observant and mindful of pets ways of communicating. There are times they tell us something but can be easily missed if not watching for it. I have grown that skill over the years making me a great match with animals of all personalities. I don’t work Friday-Sunday so those days are relatively free! I am someone who makes it work so really just chatting through times is easiest. In my home it would be walk and activity focused as I am in an apartment- and I am easily adaptable for any of your pets needs.

She sent a lot of pictures and messages so we felt very connected. She has an absolutely wonderful backyard that is very large and fully fenced in. She was very responsive to their needs and tolerant of their idiosyncrasies. If my kids were of age I would have her babysit my two legged kids as well as the four legged ones. I love that she is so close and I will be posting her Rover information on our community email list since she is so close to our location.
