Despite the facts that my furniture hadn’t even arrived (and arrived while I was away!), that the house was cold, and had few amenities, Tim never complained and handled everything graciously. Simply put, Tim was there for me when I needed help, and he has my eternal trust and gratitude. I’ve already asked him to stay again when I have to travel in a couple of months.”

Conscientious and caring, I could tell she had the cats’ interest at heart especially since we have one with ‘special needs’ ( ie rx diet and medicine), one who’s always trying to snitch the other cats’ food yet skiddish and another one who allowed her to give belly pets and sit on her lap. We received daily pics and updates and she was pretty much available for any questions I may have had. Response time fairly quick. Already rebooked!”
