About: I have had seven dogs throughout my life and currently have a friendly 7-year-old Beagle. I have also pet-sat dogs for family and friends over the years. Caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and personalities has given me hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playing, and providing plenty of attention and companionship. I understand that every dog has different needs and routines, and I make sure to follow each owner’s instructions carefully. I am patient, responsible, and genuinely love spending time with animals! I currently don’t work and I am home all day so I can be with your dog most of the day and let them out frequently. I have a big fenced yard and like to walk dogs. I care for pets with the same patience, attention, and responsibility that I would want for my own. I make sure they have fresh food and water, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and receive lots of attention and affection. I also follow each pet’s individual routine and any specific instructions from their owner, including feeding schedules, medications, walks, and other needs. In a client’s home, I am respectful of their space and make sure their pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for while their owner is away. I pay close attention to their behavior and well-being and communicate with the owner regularly so they know how their pet is doing. My goal is for every pet to feel happy, comfortable, and loved while in my care.

About: Hello! I am a 25 year old animal caretaker! I have experience working with many breeds of dogs and cats. I specialize in high energy dogs! My family and I have been fostering for a non profit organization since 2015. With fosters the ages of 6 weeks to 14 years old. I have always been an animal lover. For fun my mom and I would go to our local animal shelters to hangout with the beautiful souls! I previously worked for an animal hospital as a kennel attendant I had the best time caring and playing with each visitor we had. Even if you have a fenced in yard I will be outside keeping an eye on your pet. If you do not have a fenced in yard I can take your dog on walks to give them time to use the bathroom. Including fluids, insulin and much more including cuddles and comfort. I also able to provide nail trims and much more!! I work full time however during the weekends I make sure your pets have the best time. During week while I'm not at work they get all the attention they deserve! I am constantly watching them at your house and treat your fur babies like they are mine own. I am also able to provide CPR and first aid to fur babies if needed. !

We only recently moved to the area and therefore had no pet sitter connections or neighbors who could care for our cats during a quick Labor Day weekend trip. Rover and Mackenzie to the rescue! Her rates were the most reasonable, she lived close, and despite being a little newer to the platform it seems, she had some great reviews and I decided to take a shot. So glad I did as she was wonderful! She showed up exactly on time everyday, wrote great reports, snapped a few photos, and truly went above and beyond from cleaning up vomit (SORRY!) and cleaning all the feeding plates on the last day. We'll definitely hire her again in the future and recommend you take a shot as well!
Valerie took great care of my cat for a whole week. I felt comfortable since she sent detailed descriptions of what they were up to, and I loved the pics including a festive new year pic!! I will continue to pick Valerie as my first choice cat sitter since she is reliable and my cat loves her.
Lisa took great care of our two cats and even sent photos (at least, of the one cat who didn’t hide!)! We rebooked her for the second time and she was as prompt, professional and clear as before with communication. She even helped us out during a drop-in visit by bringing our trash bin from the curb, which we really appreciated!
