About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. My family has been rescuing dogs, mostly pitbulls, forever. My mom also volunteers at a nearby rescue that we occasionally foster from. I've recently found my love for cats when I moved in with my roommate, who owns 4 cats! At this point I have cared for animals of all sizes and ages. I am a true animal lover at heart, and plan to rescue as many animals as possible in the future. I currently work as a special education aide at a high school, so I have my summer off! I don't travel much in the summer and am very much a "home body". I am open to day/night visits and over night home stays. I will not be available for care in my own house as I live with a German Shepard and 4 cats. I am very comfortable caring for pets in a clients home. I am also very comfortable walking pets on a leash. I am very flexible and can fit any pets needs!

I have been caring for dogs and cats for my friends, family, and neighbors for 15+ years including walking, feeding, playtime, overnight stays, dog park visits, belly rubs & cuddle time, etc. I signed up for Rover in February 2024 to meet other pet owners in the area who are looking for excellent pet care and it has been an awesome experience so far! When taking care of someone's pet, I treat them like my own fur baby with lots of love and attention. I also send photos and updates to provide comfort and peace of mind as I know how hard it is to be away from your pets. Knowing they are happy and well taken care of can help ease the owner's stress of being away from home. Also, I have a 6-year-old Cavapoo who loves to hang out, play, and nap with other pets! I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. I also have an indoor camera so I can check in on pets in my home at any time if I run to a meeting or an errand. My schedule is flexible (days, afternoons, nights, and weekends). I can visit your home once or multiple times in the same day, or I can care for your pet in my home. I live in a private townhome community where many residents walk their dogs. We are a very dog-friendly neighborhood! I am also a few steps away from the Schuylkill River Trail.

About: Throughout my life i’ve grown up with dogs and later in life with cats. I have also worked at boarding places here and there and currently work as a veterinary assistant at a clinic. Currently I am working full time at the clinic T-F 8-6. I will sometimes work a Saturday job seasonly but that won’t start until around spring. That being said I am available currently all weekends and mondays as well to walk your pups! Making sure everything is safe first and then clean. I will mainly be doing walking services so any poop or mess will be cleaned up on the walk and same for inside if need be! About: Just recently moved to the Collegeville area from Jim Thorpe area. The last 5 years I owned my own home based boarding and daycare business. (Aheartforhounds) Since moving I am working as a Vet tech at an animal hospital. Getting back on rover to fill in my spare time. I've had dogs, horses and all sorts of livestock since I was 5 years old. Loving, caring and responsible are my main priorities! I am comfortable with all breeds and temperament of dogs. I can handle high anxiety and more aggressive breeds. Just please be respectful enough to explain to me their needs at booking, so I can play accordingly with them! I do have numerous references upon request! Fully insured outside of rover as well! I do work 8 hour days at a top notch dog Facility. Off Fridays and Saturdays. Other wise I am a home body and love to play in the yard or snuggle on the couch! I dont plan on taking more then one dog at a time. Dogs will be fed in their own area away from mine. I only crate dogs in my house if you tell me, you crate them in yours! Not every dog that stays with me gets introduced to other dogs. I do safe introductions.

About: Hello! I’ve been a dog owner for 23 years. From 2002-2019, I raised 3 amazing Lhasa Apsos. In November 2020, I became a dog-mom again to yet another Lhasa! She just turned 5 this past September. Some dog facts about me: 1. I volunteered for the Chester Co SPCA, the Lhasa Apso Rescue, Dog Town Rescue, and Doggone Good Training. 2. While I work in the office three days a week, your pet will be safe and comfortable, either relaxing in a crate or spending time with my dogs in a designated area of the house. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs who will enjoy keeping your dog company. If you’re comfortable with crate training, your dog can use a crate for quiet time when needed. On the days I work from home, my dogs stay with me in the same room, and I make sure they get plenty of exercise with daily walks or zooming around the backyard. I also have a cat who tends to keep a low profile around new furry friends. However, if your dog enjoys chasing cats, my home may not be the best fit.

About: We are a husband and wife who would love to care for your fur babies! We recently had to put down our senior husky, which leaves our 7 year old lab by herself. We would love to watch your pets in our home to give her a playmate, or we can come to you! We have a large yard on a quiet street and a toddler who loves all dogs! Ever since she learned how to wave, she has waved at every dog she has ever seen. We are available for drop in visits as well. We are currently available on a full-time basis to board in our home. We can do drop in visits as scheduled! My husband and I work together to make sure your pets are taken care of. We are happy to do whatever it takes to make your pet comfortable. We can accommodate any feeding needs, walking needs, crate or no crate is okay with us! Pets are allowed on the furniture in our home as well.

About: Hello! I am a 24 year old animal caretaker! I have experience working with many breeds of dogs and cats. My family and I have been fostering for a non profit organization since 2015. With fosters the ages of 6 weeks to 14 years old. I have always been an animal lover. For fun my mom and I would go to our local animal shelters to hangout with the beautiful souls! I previously worked for an animal hospital as a kennel attendant I had the best time caring and playing with each visitor we had. I have experience offering check in visits and walking dogs in any weather (snow, rain, cold, hot). I helped train my pets growing up. The classic paw, sit, and stay. Having a flexible schedule on the weekends allows for me to be more active! Even if you have a fenced in yard I will be outside keeping an eye on your pet. If you do not have a fenced in yard I can take your dog on walks to give them time to use the bathroom. If your pet needs to be crated I will be sure to give them a treat or a toy to have with them.
