“Rosie took my dog for a walk for the first time recently. My dog is extremely wary of new people, but Rosie managed to win her favor. She sent me lots of status updates and a video of my dog playing with her VERY happily, which is always a great sign. I'm sure we'll be using Rosie again in the future!”

“Jacob is great!!! He has a great personality, he's was really good with my dog and very caring. Great communication. He sent me a really nice update after walking Lucas. Highly highly recommended. He's the BEST!!!!! I'll definitely keep working with him.”

About: Looking for a cozy, home-like environment for your dog, whether it’s for the day or an extended stay? Look no further! I’ve been a lifelong pet lover, having cared for both dogs and cats. I’m also a proud volunteer with Home at Last Dog Rescue. My dachshund-beagle mix, Dixie, joined our family in 2020, and my beagle, Emily, was my very first foster fail! Our dogs love camping and exploring the great outdoors with us. Your dog will feel right at home in my fenced yard, a safe and fun space for running and playing. My senior pups will love having the extra company! I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend! My home is perfect for extended stays! I’ll keep your pet on a consistent schedule to maintain their familiar routine. While I work in the office three days a week, your pet will be safe and comfortable, either relaxing in a crate or spending time with my dogs in a designated area of the house. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs who will enjoy keeping your dog company. If you’re comfortable with crate training, your dog can use a crate for quiet time when needed. On the days I work from home, my dogs stay with me in the same room, and I make sure they get plenty of exercise with daily walks or zooming around the backyard. I also have a cat who tends to keep a low profile around new furry friends. However, if your dog enjoys chasing cats, my home may not be the best fit.

Any specifications regarding food, medication, bathroom breaks can be ensured. I also have experience providing ear drops and pills to dogs, and bottle feeding for kittens.
About: I’ve had animals of all kinds throughout my life. From the moment I was born I had an older dog brother! Nice to meet you! ❤️ I’m a stay at home mom with a spouse, little boy, and baby girl. Your pet will have 24/7 care. I always guarantee fresh food, water, playtime and lots of love. I currently don’t have any furry friends anymore. My schedule is open during the day. Only thing I do regularly outside my home is the gym and groceries. Whatever needs your pet has I can accommodate! Your baby will have space for food, toys, and anything else that will make them feel at home. They can sleep wherever they like. I live in a two floor condo. If they don’t want to hang downstairs they can always play fetch upstairs in my master bedroom. There’s open areas outside in my development they can play as well.

About: I don't have any crazy special certifications or experience but I have loved dogs, my entire life I had a beagle growing up names snickers.. i was young but I swear that was the most stubborn dog ever. Due to school and work, I was not able to get my own.Dog until I was in my 30s. Izzy is my ride or die soul dog. For the last 5 years, I have been fostering and volunteering with various rescues in the area. When I have some downtime. But day to day i am a working professional single dog mom seeking additional puppy play dates... for me and my pup Izzy. I honestly just do rover on the side as an excuse to get off my behind and play with some local fur friends but also for my pup Izzy to get out bc she is sick of me now that I wfh full time unless i have business trip. Depending on your location or needs I am happy to schedule my day accordingly for walks, stop ins, etc. - at the end of the day very flexible with sufficient notice or schedule permitting within 5 mile radius from east norriton. I can only board or house sit if our dogs get along so reach out for a meet n greet. Walks/check ins I can do solo. In the summer of 2026 i started a new job working from 100% unless traveling. Need accountabilibudies to. Help me step away from desk through the day. Also could use some extra money to cover my own dog care for when I need to travel for work Important to assess the needs of all dogs during a meet and greet prior to the first visit. When I am out and about the dogs are always leashed. If I have a dog staying with me, I never leave then out with my dog.I would separate them with a crate or a bedroom door. i would also feed separately

About: Friends, family, and neighbors trust me with their pets because of my exceptional communication skills. My superpower in the pet sitting world is providing frequent updates and photos that allow owners to feel completely at ease while they’re away. Alongside my energy and ability to comfort animals, I ensure that both pets and their owners are well cared for and connected during their time apart. Being self-employed in my primary career gives me the flexibility to fully dedicate myself to pet sitting as a cherished side hustle. About: Hi! I have been caring for dogs and cats for my friends, family, and neighbors for 15+ years including walking, feeding, playtime, overnight stays, dog park visits, belly rubs & cuddle time, etc. I signed up for Rover in February 2024 to meet other pet owners in the area who are looking for excellent pet care and it has been an awesome experience so far! When taking care of someone's pet, I treat them like my own fur baby with lots of love and attention. I also send photos and updates to provide comfort and peace of mind as I know how hard it is to be away from your pets. Knowing they are happy and well taken care of can help ease the owner's stress of being away from home. Also, I have a 6-year-old Cavapoo who loves to hang out, play, and nap with other pets! I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. I also have an indoor camera so I can check in on pets in my home at any time if I run to a meeting or an errand. My schedule is flexible (days, afternoons, nights, and weekends). I can visit your home once or multiple times in the same day, or I can care for your pet in my home. I live in a private townhome community where many residents walk their dogs. We are a very dog-friendly neighborhood! I am also a few steps away from the Schuylkill River Trail.

Sofia has been so wonderful with my pup. I’ll be a recurring client and I’m fortunate to have found someone reliable, kind, and detail oriented. She sends me a great Rover Report and I can continue my work in peace knowing that my baby boy is in great hands. Thank you again Sofia. We are grateful to have the pleasure to work with you.

Tim has been absolutely amazing with my German Shorthaired Pointer. As a high-energy breed, she requires a lot of exercise and attention, and Tim consistently goes above and beyond to make sure she gets both. He takes her on long walks, keeps her engaged, and genuinely cares for her like she’s his own. She’s always excited to see him and comes home happy, well-exercised, and well cared for. Tim is reliable, trustworthy, and great at communicating, giving me complete peace of mind whenever she’s with him. I highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for exceptional care for their dog. 10/10 !

Norbert is the consummate professional. He walks our 3 year old Rottweiler, who has tons of energy. But please note, my roommate's boss named our home, Casa de 24 paws and all 24 paws love him. One of our animals, who happens to be a cat, has vocalized his wishes to be walked too. We are not going to embarrass Norbert and ask him to walk our cat, no matter how much or loud Quincy meows. I highly recommend Norbert, but not during my dog's walks. :-)

Jaime is great with our young dog who is oretty high energy. The first time they met he took an immediate liking to her, she clearly has a way with dogs! She's also really easy to communicate with and is very prompt to all of our bookings. I'd highly recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
