About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family had seven dogs and six cats, so caring for pets was a part of my everyday life. I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, feedings, playtime, and potty breaks throughout the day, and I can easily adjust my routine to meet each pet’s individual needs. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while maintaining their usual routine as closely as possible. In my home, pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. Although I have an unfenced yard, all outdoor time is supervised, and dogs are always kept safely on a leash. We also have a neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks that are perfect for walks and exercise. If your pet is crate trained or you prefer they be crated when unattended or at bedtime, I’m happy to accommodate that routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their instructions carefully to help pets feel secure in their familiar environment. About: Hello! I am a 25 year old animal caretaker! I have experience working with many breeds of dogs and cats. I specialize in high energy dogs! My family and I have been fostering for a non profit organization since 2015. With fosters the ages of 6 weeks to 14 years old. I have always been an animal lover. For fun my mom and I would go to our local animal shelters to hangout with the beautiful souls! I previously worked for an animal hospital as a kennel attendant I had the best time caring and playing with each visitor we had. Even if you have a fenced in yard I will be outside keeping an eye on your pet. If you do not have a fenced in yard I can take your dog on walks to give them time to use the bathroom. Her rates were the most reasonable, she lived close, and despite being a little newer to the platform it seems, she had some great reviews and I decided to take a shot. So glad I did as she was wonderful! She showed up exactly on time everyday, wrote great reports, snapped a few photos, and truly went above and beyond from cleaning up vomit (SORRY!) and cleaning all the feeding plates on the last day. We'll definitely hire her again in the future and recommend you take a shot as well!
Valerie had great communication and follow up. We did a meet and greet prior to her doing her drop in visits. Macaroni liked her, and I thought she was very friendly and clearly a dog person. She provided details of Macaroni during her visit and very cute photos!
Xaymary was wonderful with our cat for drop-ins. She communicated very well and even sent us videos. She was so caring towards him while he was home alone. We needed to add an extra day and she was accommodating and responsive. I would definitely recommend her!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
