About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family had seven dogs and six cats, so caring for pets was a part of my everyday life. Rachel took excellent care of our two kitties while we went on a weeklong trip to California - she was fantastic! The communication was instant and she shared photo updates daily. She even went above and beyond pet sitting to notify us when the power in our downstairs room went out, watered our plants etc. This was our first time being away after we moved to a new house, so we were worried about how they would handle it. But when we got back, the boys seemed happy and weren’t anxious at all. Our shy kitty was even beginning to warm up to her, which speaks volumes - it usually takes him months to be comfortable around new people. He also gets angsty when we are gone for more than a couple days and spite pees after we return, however this time we had no accidents! Apart from that, she’s truly wonderful and a kind person. We’ll 100% be rebooking with her for future trips!
