About: Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile and consider me as a care taker for your animal while you are away! I have grown up with dogs (and the occasional bird & fishies). For the past 12 years, I've lived with and visited my best bud Zeke at my parent's house. I would love to have a dog of my own in the future, however for now I am hoping and so happy to take care of other's loved ones during the week and on weekends! I'm an active individual and enjoy taking dogs on walks, for car rides and the occasional ice cream or pup cup. During the week, I am able to visit (feed, walk, take out for bathroom needs) early in the morning (between 5:30 am to 7 am and in the evening (between 6-9 pm) In my current apartment, pets are welcome visitors. However, I am also happy to visit your home multiple times a day and stay with your pet when needed, especially if you are close! I work only 20 minutes away so I would have ample time in the morning and especially in the evening to stop by to feed, toilet, walk and play with your pet! I have been walking and taking care of dogs for my entire life. I am located in Conshohocken and can travel to you! I work full time as a teacher. My schedule allows me to get home around 3:30pm. I currently live in a pet friendly apartment with a small dog park and neighborhoods for walks. I currently work from home so I am able to hangout with your pup all day! Rachel took excellent care of our two kitties while we went on a weeklong trip to California - she was fantastic! The communication was instant and she shared photo updates daily. She even went above and beyond pet sitting to notify us when the power in our downstairs room went out, watered our plants etc. This was our first time being away after we moved to a new house, so we were worried about how they would handle it. But when we got back, the boys seemed happy and weren’t anxious at all. Our shy kitty was even beginning to warm up to her, which speaks volumes - it usually takes him months to be comfortable around new people. He also gets angsty when we are gone for more than a couple days and spite pees after we return, however this time we had no accidents! Apart from that, she’s truly wonderful and a kind person. We’ll 100% be rebooking with her for future trips!
