“Danielle was excellent with our dog and cat! She sent loads of pictures while we were away, and went the extra mile to make sure our animals were well taken care of. Would definitely use her again!”

“Amanda was great and I will definitely rebook! She answered my request to book almost immediately and very last minute! I was very impressed by the way she cared for my dogs while on a walk. She noticed my older dog was having some trouble in the heat so she took him home and then went back out with my younger, hyper dog! Highly recommend!”

“Amazing. I feel less stressed booking future trips knowing I can count on Kaliah to take thoughtful care of my very anxious cats. Both cats took to her right away and that is not usual for either of them. She did a wonderful job. I’m so grateful!”

“Dana was wonderful! My dogs love her, and she always gives them extra love and affection. She kept me posted on how they were doing while I was gone, and sent me photos! I would absolutely use her again.”

“Jennifer has checked on our pup Ryder a few times and she is great! Good communication and you can tell she really adores our dog. Will definitely use her in the future!”

About: I've dog sat since I was about 10 years old. While I don't have a dog of my own, dog sitting is a fun way for me to get my dog fix. I love getting to spend time caring for and playing with others' pups. I am a school psychologist and have time off in the summer; I'll be available to drop in and provide play time for your dog. I'm a school psychologist and have time off in the summer. I'll be available to watch your pet whether you're out for a day trip or on vacation. I will follow any guidelines provided by pet parents regarding feeding, treats, play time, walks, etc. I am unable to provide care in my home or house sit at this time.
“Molly was amazing! Went to Jersey shore for 2 weeks and she handled EVERYTHING! Feedings, extra walks, picking up the mail… she was above and beyond. Great at communicating and lots of photos and details. Always on time. So responsible and mature.”

About: Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile and consider me as a care taker for your animal while you are away! I have grown up with dogs (and the occasional bird & fishies). For the past 12 years, I've lived with and visited my best bud Zeke at my parent's house. I would love to have a dog of my own in the future, however for now I am hoping and so happy to take care of other's loved ones during the week and on weekends! I'm an active individual and enjoy taking dogs on walks, for car rides and the occasional ice cream or pup cup. I will give your animal all the love that they've come to expect because they certainly deserve it! Please reach out with any questions, and thanks again for thinking of me! :) I currently work full time (9-5) Monday-Friday, however I usually work from home Friday's and am available on weekends for full time pet care. During the week, I am able to visit (feed, walk, take out for bathroom needs) early in the morning (between 5:30 am to 7 am and in the evening (between 6-9 pm) In my current apartment, pets are welcome visitors. However, I am also happy to visit your home multiple times a day and stay with your pet when needed, especially if you are close! I work only 20 minutes away so I would have ample time in the morning and especially in the evening to stop by to feed, toilet, walk and play with your pet! This is especially great if your pet doesn’t do well in a new environment; I am happy to provide them with everything they’d need in a place where they feel the most comfortable!
“Ryanne is always so communicative, flexible with our schedule & buddy’s need + she leaves the best rover card comments/pictures after each visit ☺️ We appreciate you”

“Alexa provided excellent care for Luna and we really appreciate her help! She was flexible as we needed and provided photos and updates as necessary. She is reliable and a good communicator. We would absolutely look to have Alexa care for Luna again.”

“Madeline was reliable, efficient, caring, and respectful. She cleaned dishes my cats used without me asking, clean us the unexpected messes the cats made, and provided updates with pictures throughout the process. This was my first time using rover and I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience”

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my entire life, in and outside of my home. I’m an experienced baby to senior pet sitter, dog walker, and even once - cared for a lizard! I currently reside with 2 rescue cats, a bazillion fish and a 95lb hound dog. I’ve a former cat shelter volunteer - cleaning, socializing, feeding, giving medication and assisting with adoptions. Julia was a pleasure to have as a sitter for our cats! This was our first time using Rover, and Julia made the process super simple and easy for us. She took good care of our cats while we were away, and gave us great picture updates every day so we could see what the cats were up to. We would book again with Julia without hesitation!

Jen is my go-to sitter for a reason! She is very communicative, always keeps me updated on my fur baby, and never hesitates to take my last-minute bookings if it fits with her schedule. I can't recommend her enough. Each time I leave, I feel worry free knowing that Jen is taking care of my cat.

Incredible experience getting ZhiGe’s help. You could tell she genuinely loves pet and go out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of. I was a little uncertain initially booking someone new but definitely made my best decision for my doggos. Highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Miquon. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
