“So wonderful leaving my pup with Katie and her family. Zise got plenty of love and attention-great play time with family dog Duke, especially being able to frolic in a large fenced in yard. Appreciated light speed replies when checking in. Could not have picked a better spot for Zise.”

“Lynda was awesome! Super communicative. Marvel seemed so comfortable which is huge for my anxious baby. Will be reaching out to Lynda for future dog-sitting needs for sure.”

“Theo obviously enjoyed his time with Hollie and Jovi. Daily pics were sent and communication was excellent. I had no worries/concerns having him there. Excellent sitter and would not hesitate to use again”
“We’d book again with Aimee in a heartbeat. We had an awesome experience. She watched our pup while I was recovering from surgery out of state and made everything so easy for us. Communication was effortless and prompt at every step. We arranged to have Aimee pick up our gal from a friend who had been watching her at first before having to head out of town. Pickup was seamless and made things so much easier for us and our friend. She sent us lots of updates—and a few really made us laugh. Aimee even took the time to brush her thick wooly coat after we apologized for her wild hair since her usual grooming appointment fell during the visit. When we picked up our pup, our gal was calm and happy. She also had everything packed up and ready to go when we got there, once again making it such an easy process. From the pictures she sent, it was so clear that Aimee and her husband made our dog part of their family while she was with them and that our dog had a blast.”

About: Hi! Long time lover of dogs! While I love all types of dogs, my parents were big fans of Yorkshire terriers and Poodles. We've had many over the years! During the week, I work in healthcare in the hospital setting. Many of my work skills translate to giving your pup the best care! I have a calm demeanor in high-stress or emergency situations and I'm trained in safety, hygiene, and detail-oriented care. I've watched dogs periodically for friends and family over the years both in my own home and in theirs! Hope to meet your pup soon! I currently work full time during the week. I'm pretty available on the weekends where I am mostly relaxing, catching up on house chores and running errands - but very available. During the week I am available for evening walks! I do have a fenced in yard. I have a door that prevents dogs from venturing into the bedrooms and basement when I'm not home.
“Madison and her family have always taken great care of Yuki! He always comes back exhausted and satisfied, and when we take him to her, he bolts inside without a second look!”

“Our dog Zoey seemed to have so much fun during her visit at Brad’s house. He sent me pictures of her every day, it made me feel better about leaving her behind to see she was having fun. He went beyond taking care of her, he kept her active and entertained by taking her out to various places to visit. We’ll definitely use him again in the future to care for Zoey when we travel.”

“Danielle was wonderful! She is very communicative, flexible, and clearly is a dog lover! We felt very safe leaving our dog with her and have already rebooked! Our dog clearly had a great time in her home”

“Yuhan was amazing in caring for Daisy. We were very pleased! It was our first time boarding Daisy, and our anxiety was immediately put to rest the first day with pictures and updates from Yuhan that we received throughout her 5-day stay. Daisy did so well in Yuhan's care. We have found a permanent sitter to book for the future.”

“Michael and Loraine took great care of Jax, our Bichpoo. You can tell they have had dogs and are true dog lovers. Jax took to them right away, thanks to their loving manner and welcoming warmth. We’re already booked for our next trip!”

“Jeffrey was my first time using Rover for my dog, Darcy. Jeffrey sent me updates and pictures that really helped me feel good about the care and responsibility he undertakes while watching others' furry family members. I was very pleased with Jeffrey and will definitely use him again if the need arises. Thank you, Jeffrey!”

“Daja took the best care of my dog while I was on vacation! She was very commutative and sent daily pictures. He was very well taken care of while I was gone!”

“Kristin was amazing and our boy Sherman had the best time with her and her family. She was extremely communicative and attentive, and provided so many photos of our little guy throughout the weekend so we didn’t have to worry about him. It’s hard leaving your pup with someone new and she made it as easy as it could be.”

“Nicolle, care and pictures of my dog Spot made my stay away from him enjoyable. First time we were separated a long period of time. Will gladly as for Nicolle again. Will gladly recommend Rover to family and friends. My daughter n law recommended, glad she did. Gave tip directly to Nicolle when picked up Spot. Didn't know to use system.”

“Donte was great with my pup! I was a little nervous to take him to a new sitter for the first time, but the second I met Donte and saw him interacting with my dog all those nerves went away. He, miraculously even got my dog who has a fear of crates to sleep in one! I was blown away. Would definitely recommend.”

“Maya's stay with Melanie over Christmas was great. Melanie's home is very welcoming and she made every effort to make sure Maya was comfortable. Thank you for having her and I will definitely be in touch for a future stay!”

“We’re so grateful to have had Kathy to watch over our dog during our extended time away! She made sure to send constant updates and photos to let us know how he was adjusting to a new place. Our pup was sensitive to several factors that would affect his eating and bathroom habits, but we’re thankful that Kathy was so patient with his needs. Definitely would recommend her with utmost confidence to watch over and care for your fur baby as she treats them as her own!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Conshohocken
Jennifer provided an amazing and comfortable environment for our dog Blaze. I could tell instantly that Blaze was safe and happy in her care. Jennifer has lots of dogs that know how to play and have fun. Overall, it was a great experience and I can’t recommend Jennifer enough.

Ena and Daniel (and Lucy) were fantastic!! I had a last minute trip out of town and not only were they accommodating and friendly but they made me at ease. My flight back ended up being delayed and this was also super seamless to extend considering the unforeseen circumstances. Bella will be back 😊

Finn had a great experience with Ed and his family. I appreciated the frequent photos and updates while I was away, and Finn came home a happy boy. I will definitely be working with Ed in the future. He is very conscientious and reliable and enjoys working with dogs.
This was Tyson's second time boarding with Ulke and Andrew and this stay was for 3 weeks. As soon as I pulled up into their driveway, Tyson became very excited. He clearly knew where he was and couldn't wait to get out of the car to see them and their dog, Leo! Ulke and Andrew are both super friendly and incredibly kind. They truly treat Tyson like family, which gives us peace of mind especially during a longer trip. They kept us informed throughout the entire stay with frequent messages and photos. It's such a stress free environment for Tyson, we are so grateful to have found this couple who we trust completely. We highly recommend and will definitely book again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
