About: Happy to host/board small dogs (less than 25lbs please). Our neighbors will complain of a dog that barks a lot (i.e. seperation anxiety). My house 🏡 is spacious and is located in a safe neighborhood with plenty of areas for routine walks. I will abide by any rules you have for your pet (no feeding at the table, etc) and will treat them with care. I travel for extended periods of time (checkout the book called "Rooftop Diaries, Global Adventures with BradtheNomad") so its tough to have my own dog year-round, but when in the area I'm happy to host your small dog whenever needed! Just message me for dates in advance to coordinate. In the past few years I often looked after a Pug, Jack Russell, Chihuahua, Dachshund, Min-Pin, Shih-Tzu, Terrior Mix, Cockapoo, Goldendoodle, Maltese & Yorkie. Working part-time so can adequately take walks and spend time with your dog(s). Just a friendly reminder that if I need to run to the store or gym, that seperation anxiety/barking will cause neighbors to complain. They are welcome to make themselves at home. If you have a specific routine/diet just jot down some notes on the description or in a message and we're good to go!

“Alexis watched a houseful of animals for us - our anxious dog, cranky cat, and three needy foster kittens. She was very communicative and everyone was well cared for. Thanks Lexi!”

“We had a fantastic experience with Monica watching our dog and puppy while we were away. She took the time to meet us beforehand, which gave us great peace of mind. Throughout her stay, she provided regular updates and pictures, keeping us informed and reassured. Our dogs had a blast, especially with their trips to the park! On top of that, our home was just as clean as we left it. We highly recommend Monica and will definitely book her again!”

“Meredith took great care of our pooch! She gave us regular updates with pictures. Our house looked spotless. She is trustworthy, courteous, responsible, and a great sitter! I highly recommend Meredith. Penny looked really happy when we got back.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals all my life. I have had dogs, cats, bunnies, ferrets, lizards, guinea pigs and I wish I could have more! I am truly an animal lover! I have always taken the upmost care of my animals needs - they are family members to me. I currently have one cat and I live with a family member so my own animals needs are not an issue. I have always groomed my animals as well. I have not done much hair clipping, but have taken my shot at it. I can bath, clean ears, clean eyes (stain treatment), trim nails, brush teeth & brush (after a deshedding treatment a backyard/porch would be best). I have taken care of elderly dogs and cats that are on special diets and medications. So, I am very good with just about any type of administration of meds/any diet requirements - even the blind! I’ve also nursed dogs found on the streets back to health which was a very rewarding experience! Feel free to ask! I am comfortable with aggressive dogs. I have worked with aggression before and am able to deescalate almost any situation. I have also trained all my dogs myself. Last cool thing about me - I have a vet in my family! I’ve always trusted him to guide me in the right direction if I need some help. It’s imperative to always get a professional opinion, but I’ll always ask for your vets info first! Lastly, I will always ask for a meet and greet before taking a job! I would like to meet your fur babies and you also - we can chat more about habits, challenges, routines, likes, dislikes ect. (If you’re more than 30 mins away from my location - 20$ for a meet and greet, sorry gas!) I look forward to hearing from you - hopefully I can make this a simple process for you! I work from home so I am with my cat almost all the time, but I do live with family so finding someone to help me is easy if your fur babies need me! I live in an apartment and have no dogs at the moment, but I have trained my cat to walk on a leash and I usually only take her to quiet places - living in Norristown your bound to hear a beep or too which would scare my kitty! When I had dogs though one would walk freely, but I still keep the leash on for safety purposes and my other walked on a harness. I am comfortable with walking a dog on any type of collar and most harnesses as well. Can take dogs out every 2-4 hours if needed. (Only if staying in home) If not staying in home only able to do walks and drop in during the evenings on the weekdays. Any and all animals will be met with patience in leaps and bounds sprinkled with love!

“Mikaela arrived on time to watch our two dogs and seemed to enjoy spending time with Ruby and Fergie. She sent a few photos, fed our dogs and gave medication to one. We would definitely book with Mikaela again.”

About: I love all animals big and small. I’ve been dog walking since high school and love a dog play date. While I only have cats in my own home, I can’t wait to become best friends with your fur baby. I’m a hybrid worker with flexibility. I’m happy to help early or late! I’m used to juggling different projects and work well under pressure. Most weekends I spend exploring Philly and love to unwind with my pets. At home, I know that it’s my cats’ house, I’m just lucky to live with them. I’m all about pet comfort, while sticking to routines.

“Kayla is so sweet and caring. She was on time and paid attention to all the instructions. Our dog is very high energy but Kayla got along with her pretty well. She’s now Paris’ best friend. Kayla was flexible with our crazy schedule. Would definitely recommend her.”

“Azeez is awesome! He has taken care of our dog twice so far (both overnight and drop in) and we will definitely be using him in the future. He is reliable, flexible, responsive, and takes great care of our dog and house!”

“Amanda was super helpful and friendly and sent a lot of pupdates while I was gone! Would recommend her for sitting on your space or boarding if she can accommodate!”

“We absolutely love Sharon!! I have a CavaPoo who gets nervous and barks at people. Sharon handled him wonderful!! She watched him for two days so we could be at our daughter’s wedding. Our little guy went to sleep on her and they became best friends very fast. Sharon sent multiple pictures which put me at ease. I will continue to book Sharon, and honestly couldn’t image using anyone else. Her communication is excellent and she was very flexible adjusting the time as needed.”

“Alejandra was amazing! She took such great care of my two frenchies, with tons of updates and pictures. My girls were so happy to have her watching them!”

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats and small animals since I was 17. I have a dog of my own that I have trained extensively since she was a puppy. My goal is for individuals and families to enjoy their vacation without worrying about their pets! I am very communicative and responsible. You can expect texts and pics as much or as little as you’d like :) I do have a full time job, however my schedule is flexible. I normally work midday, and can be available for your pet from late afternoon to late morning. Let me know what your expectations are and I will work around your schedule as much as possible! I understand that your pet is your whole world, I have one of my own! I am very loving and attentive to animals. You can definitely rely on me to play with your animals and give them plenty of attention. Every pet has it’s own needs, and my care is very individualized.
