It was very clear that Rebecca has a good sense of how dogs are and what they need. She was careful to point out that her stairway was sometimes a challenge for dogs and that it was important to make sure Mousse would be ok navigating them... and she'd thought out where to place the crate in her apartment so it wasn't in the sun. She sent regular check ins and Mousse was clearly having a great time in all the pictures :) In addition, Rebecca was very flexible and understanding when we were stuck in traffic and needed to delay pick up by a few hours. About: I had dogs for over ten years. Three German Shepherd Dogs. All of therm are well trained and happy. I know what dogs need and they love me. I am currently work from home most of time except Tuesday and Thursday. I have a flexible schedule every day although I may need to have a couple of hours conference calls. This was Tyson's second time boarding with Ulke and Andrew and this stay was for 3 weeks. As soon as I pulled up into their driveway, Tyson became very excited. He clearly knew where he was and couldn't wait to get out of the car to see them and their dog, Leo! Ulke and Andrew are both super friendly and incredibly kind. They truly treat Tyson like family, which gives us peace of mind especially during a longer trip. They kept us informed throughout the entire stay with frequent messages and photos. It's such a stress free environment for Tyson, we are so grateful to have found this couple who we trust completely. We highly recommend and will definitely book again!
This was our 1st time boarding our pups and we took a chance on Rover and on booking Nicole. She and I communicated multiple times prior to booking and she answered every question and concern we had. We dropped Wilson and Savannah off to Nicole on a Friday and they stayed until that Sunday. The only thing I can say is they had a BLAST with Nicole!! Every photo we received ( and there were many!) showed my pups happy and enjoying themselves! Any worries we had after pulling away from the home were gone with the 1st photo.
