My wife is Japanese, and when I randomly found Yuiko I felt a real sense of destiny — especially since our trip was to Japan! We’re never without our dog, Mr. Spike Peeps Pasquale, but bringing him to Japan was too complicated because of all the regulations. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to take this trip if it weren’t for Yuiko. She sent us 10–15 pictures a day, and as a result I never once had a single concern during the entire two weeks. She and her kids showed so much love and attention to Mr. Spike Peeps Pasquale — it was amazing. She even picked him up and dropped him off! I truly can’t imagine ever using another dog sitter again. She was very detail oriented, sent pictures throughout Champ's short stay and made sure Champ got plenty of exercise. I also appreciated her policy not to take multiple dogs at once. Ryan and his family took excellent care of Lina for the 11 days I was out of the country. I appreciated their willingness to arrange a meet-up prior to the booking as well as their communication throughout the stay (including regular photo updates). I felt very much at ease, knowing that Lina was in good hands and enjoying time on walks and outings, receiving lots of attention (including from the kids), and cuddling at home. Brooke went above and beyond with our Phoebe! She took Phoebe on so many adventures and I knew she was having a great time. Brooke provided ample photos throughout her stay. Phoebe and Mochi got along really well. We would definitely have Brooke care for Phoebe in a future stay!
